Description of Work: I called them to repair my washing machine.

Description of Work: My freezer was not holding temperature and the ice maker was not working. I phoned Matt and gave him the make, model and serial #. He arrived early with the correct part (mother board). He is professional, friendly and knowledgable. He installed the part and left. Three days later the problem still continued so I phoned Matt and he responded imediately. he arrived and figured out the problem, fixed it and didn't charge me for anymore parts because in his words "he should have caught it the first time". If I have any other issues with appliances or if family and friends do, Matt is the first call.

After I explained the problem, Matt told me to try something to reset the computer in my machine; he said it might save me the cost of a service call. I did what he said; it worked. I would certainly recommend using this company; they are knowledgeable and honest.

Description of Work: It took the company a few days to obtain the part needed to repair the fan in the refrigerator & then they never returned to repair the ice dispenser.

Description of Work: Washer mother board died. They were efficient in finding, ordering and replacing. Expensive part but great service.

Description of Work: I just joined Angie's List and this was my first experience. I was expecting Matt, but another repairman came. He turned on the washer and watched it go through its cycles and never took it apart. He decided it was not worth fixing because "it needed a transmission." My washer is 4 years old and I called another company that was not on Angie's List and they came out the same day. The repairman said the washer was overloaded. He took out some of the clothes and it was able to spin properly. He said, too many clothes in the washer caused it not to spin properly. The company charged me just for the service call.

Description of Work: No service was provided, but I did speak to Ron and he gave me great information and I realized that I needed to purchase a new refrigerator. If in the future I needed their services, I would call them.

Description of Work: Company gave us a price to repair an oven hood and then did not honor the price when we called just an hour later to book the job. Said that we misunderstood what was said. Since this was our fourth renovation we were quite clear about what we were asking. We ended up with another company who did the job for even less and did a great job.

Description of Work: They replaced the panel on my dishwasher. They were prompt, very pleasant to deal with and, all in all, a very pleasant experience. I surely would use them again should the need arise. actually, I did use them again, and again, found them very prompt and very fairly priced, and very pleasant to deal with!!!! Gloria Krapes

Description of Work: I have a stackable washing machine and dryer in my condo. The water filled up and then the machine stopped. I googled the problem and found I needed a repair person to fix and it would not be expensive (it was not). The company fixed the issue and was very prompt in coming especially given it was right around Christmas when the machine went on the blink. I would recommend them and use them again.

Description of Work: Serviced water dispenser and ice maker in my refrigerator -- a job that two other locals had stood me up on by not showing up for their appointments. Was referred to me by another high rated Angie provider R Taylor. Matt also fixed a vibrating noisy Maytag Bravo 300 Quiet series. Both appliances were almost new and I had trouble getting anyone to come fix them. Bot both at sears and based on the service I got from sears I will not buy there again. Matt took the time to explain every thing he was doing and I learned a lot from him. His bill was extremely fair. He deserves all those A's!

Description of Work: A friend refered me to Matt for a service call on my Washer. I was well out of his service area, but Matt walked me through the problem and had me try to fix it myself. When I called him back to thank him, he heard the washer making a noise over the phone and had me check something else that was wrong and saved me a ton of time and money! Had to leave a message but Matt called in quick order, asked for a general description of the problem I was having with my fridge and set up an appt. for 2 days later (there was no emergency). He gave me a 2 hour window of his arrival and was here right on time. He is very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and things were up and running in short order. Description of Work: I've had two experiences with this company- one for my dryer and one for my washer. Both times Matt, the owner/operator was professional, prompt,clean, and very fair in his pricing. I highly recommend this company for any repair that he is able to perform. I don't remember the exact nature of the problem with my appliances but I do remember being thrilled that in a half hour Matt had repaired them and they were fully operational. Rare to find someone like him!!

Description of Work: Was recommended by another repair service because he did not handle our make of oven. We were very happy with the service & price Matt was punctual and courteous We have found our new go to guy!!!

Description of Work: Whirlpool bottom freezer refrigerator had leak which left ice in bottom of freezer. Matt was on time and knowledgeable about the design of Whirlpool refrigerators. He removed the basket and rear interior panel, fixed the problem with a tube, and defrosted the freezer. The fee was reasonable. So far we have not had any other problems.
