Description of Work: Matt came when he said he would, and re-routed the direction of the vent, from back to side. He also returned when the dryer was really loud, to make sure it wasn't his work, which is was NOT, and instructed me how to proceed, with GE, to get it fixed.

Description of Work: We had a broken ice maker that could not be repaired and had to be replaced the technician had acquired the information needed for that icemaker before he arrived for the appointment so he was able to install it immediately and we had no break in service. We would absolutely use this company again and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator ice maker was not working properly. Matt came on time, checked it, and determined that it needed to be replaced. He located the needed part and scheduled a time to return and install it. He returned when he said he would and quickly made the repairs. He was very professional and efficient. If the need arises, we will certainly use this company again.

Description of Work: Replaced gas range burner control valves and refrigerator ice maker/fountain feed line. Also diagnosed washing machine issues. These guys really know their stuff. I will rely on them in the future for any large appliance issues.

Description of Work: Our washing machine was dancing all over the laundry area so we called Matt to come and take a look at it. He and his assistant came out on Monday and determined the problem and ordered the part which fortunately was available locally. They came back on Tuesday and repaired the machine. I was quite happy. I did not want to replace the machine as I have heard such horror stories about the new ones that have all of the water restrictions. I would use R and B again should the need arise. All of the reviews on Angie's List for the company are spot on.

Description of Work: He examined my noisy washer, determined that the problem was in the pump, and had the foresight to bring a pump replacement with him. His foresight and good planning was impressive to me, saving him AND me time and money. He does a lot of repair on certain brands of appliances, and so can provide the parts at a better price, and can often repair upon request right on the service call. I felt that I got good value for the money, prompt and courteous service. I would certainly use Matt again.
