Description of Work: Matt was terrific and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher properly, and it has been working great since then. He was polite, knowledgeable, and punctual, and took the time to answer all my questions. The cost was very reasonable. He had to order a part and didn't charge another service call to return and install it. The company worked with my schedule to make it easy for me. I highly recommend them. They make appliance repair as painless as possible!

Description of Work: My washer stopped working the day I came home from vacation. It was the day before New Years and every company I called was booked. They offered to come out sooner than the others and had called me back right away. They came as promised, were very professional, and found a sock that had somehow got into the machine part of the washer and jammed it. They removed the sock and cleaned up all the mess. Very happy with the service and will use them for my future needs. Highly Recommend!!

Description of Work: They cleaned out my dryer vent and now the dryer is much hotter...its something we need to do once every 12-18 months and it is well worth the cost. I find this co to be honest and reliable. They show up when they say they will, they don't charge you if they know they can't help you (I asked them to look at another appliance) and they are fair and skilled.

Description of Work: They tried to repair my refrigerator. First, they put in a new fan which did not work properly because of the control board. Unfortunately, the control board was too expensive to repair. We ended up buying a new refrigerator.

Line had iced up, but icemaker was going bad, enamel coming off. Only charged me for the new icemaker on the 2d visit. Very friendly. Very professional. I think very fair on pricing. Have given their cards out to neighbors.

Was professional and apologized, got right to work discovered was issue with electric socket. tightened screws on wall plate, problem fixed only charged 79$ service fee. Got to love an honest repairman. Thanks
