Description of Work: I needed a repair to my oven control panel. Their rep. explained it to me, gave me a price and based on the age of the oven, suggested it might be more cost effective to replace the oven. Now that's an honest repairman. I would use them in a heartbeat for any other repair needs!

Description of Work: I have used R & B Appliance Repair twice recently for a stove, clothes dryer, and today for a dishwasher. They have come out quickly and diagnosed the problems quickly. There is no pressure to do the repairs right away. They will apply the service charge to future repairs for 30 days. My interactions with the company have all been good and I will use them again.

Description of Work: Repaired a Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer was icing due to a leaky seal. As a result the fridge stopped cooling. Matt got the cooling system thawed out. It's working now but needs a more permanent fix. Matt was able to come out for the service a week earlier than Sears. We'll use Sears service for the long-term only because it's under warranty. Job well done by R&B!

Description of Work: Matt was terrific and diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher properly, and it has been working great since then. He was polite, knowledgeable, and punctual, and took the time to answer all my questions. The cost was very reasonable. He had to order a part and didn't charge another service call to return and install it. The company worked with my schedule to make it easy for me. I highly recommend them. They make appliance repair as painless as possible!
