Matt came out and located the problem. He ordered the part and was ready to come back and do the repair in a couple of days but that did not fit into our schedule so he returned and completed the work as soon as we were able to be at home. He called to let us know he was on the way and was very professional. While he was here he solved another problem the machine was having. I will call on R & B Appliance Services again in the future.

Showed up on time, Very professional, completed the repair quickly. Definitely top quality work!

Made an adj. on the icemaker to get it working again & quoted me a price if it needs to replaced in the future. Replaced part on the dryer. Very satifisfied (as always) with the results...

I will call them again for any other appliance repair jobs. The gentleman was prompt, friendly and professional. He was about to trouble shoot over the phone and he was right about what was wrong with the washer. He stuck with the price quoted over the phone and tested out the washer before leaving. I was very happy with this company!

Called this company for advice as to fix my ice cube maker in a 10 year old fridge, or buy an new one. Owner was very helpful in telling me 3 possible causes of why it wasn't working, and the cost to repair. I decided to have him fix the problem...He came out the next week,very promptly and found the problem right away. He ordered the new part, and came back 2 days later and fixed the problem. I was so impressed with his professional advice, promptness, and ability to diagnose the problem in a timely manner. I only wish I found this company sooner, because this is a company you can trust!!

The price was reasonable. They were very good and I would use them again.

I called Matt around 4/18/2013. I gave him the type & model # of the washer and told him the fins had come off the agitator. He called me back told me the part had to come from Jacksonville so it would be Monday before he could put it in. Monday before 11 a.m. it was done. Second job he has done for me and I would recommend him to anyone.

Responded to my call for appointed time . Arrived on time . Repairman was very personable and completed job in reasonable time being neat and clean . They were very confident in work .

Matt arrived on time. His appearance and manner were friendly and professional. I was mortified about the mess and disorder wrought by the 2 young bachelors in my rental property, but Matt did not seem to notice. He went straight to work and quickly got the dishwasher working again. I give him very high marks!

Call them late one day. Gave them basic information, he knew exactly what I was talking about made sure serviceman had the part. Was there the next day, when expected, took care of it. Great experience, for that matter calling them today about something else

I called 3 services. the first two said there would be a service charge & they could not tell me what the repair range cost would be. Matt said that there would be a service charge of $79 & the 2 likely problems could cost about $300 with no service charge. I made an appointment for the next day. Matt showed up, checked out the washer and found the problem & fixed it. The problem was not either of the two things it thought would be wrong. The problem had to do with the washer being tilted & not draining properly. He fixed it during his 45 minute stay & charged a total of $79 !!!! This guy is so honest !!! I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Called company, left message. Received return call same day. Scheduled appt. Arrived on time. Fixed problem. Clean neat. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Could not be happier with the service.

The service rep came to our homne and advised us that he did not have the equipment to make the repairs. He referred us to a factory rep. He did not charge us anything for the service call. It turned out that his diagnosis was correct and the refrigerator needed a new circuit board, which Kitchen Aid no longer had.

Unfortunately, my ice maker was not worth repairing but I felt that I was given an honest evaluation of the problem. His concern was that I didn't waste money on repairing a part of a 10 year old refrigeratior.

Upon arrival Matt assessed the master circuit board was fried due to extended over heating. The burnt smell emanating from the unit was overwhelming. Matt, quickly removed the old unit and carefully installed the new. We are quite pleased with the installation and Matt's professionalism. Matt also helped me discard of the old machine this would have been difficult as I reside in a 2nd floor condo unit w/o elevator.

They were prompt and courteous. They really knew what they were doing and were able to fix the issue.

My laundry dryer had been squeaking, and stopped working. My dish washer was not draining properly and quit working. I asked him to come fix them. He arrived when expected, within the 2 hour window I was originally given. The man was neat and polite. The dryer needed to be cleaned of a layer of lint and the bearings needed to be cleaned and lubricated. The washer had a broken wire. Both were fixed without the added expense of new parts, and for a reasonable fee.

My washing machine filled up with water, and when I went to do a load of laundry and opened the door (front loader) water gushed out! I looked on Angie's list and found Matt. Called and he asked the model number and I explained the problem. He came the next day, promptly and had figured out the problem. He brought the part and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Quite curteous and polite. I'd definitely recommend him for any appliance problem.

no services performed by R&B Home Appliance. Called company....left message with my phone number and explanation of problem. Also left my email address and a cell phone number. Never received a call back or email message. Poor way to do business. However, I called another company on Angie's List..."APPLIANCE KING OF AMERICA" and since my call to them was late Saturday, he called me early Sunday morning and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. He was prompt, courteous and honest. Did the job and no problems since. Would use again without hesitation.

The company was prompt with getting back to me they were on time for the appointment we scheduled they gave me a fair estimate before providing any work some of the work was done immediately and the other part of the job that required a part was completed a couple days later They were again on time and professional great company
