Our 17 year old GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator stopped working. I called R & B Home Appliance Repair leaving a message in the evening after business hours. My call was returned the next morning and we scheduled service. Matt arrived on time and identified the problem quickly as a burnt capacitor on the mother board. He had the board on the truck replacing the old board in about 15 minutes. We were able to use the refrigerator same evening and the cost of the repair was well worth the expense savings of purchasing a new unit.

Matt Moore was very professional in diagnosing and also very honest in explaining my options for repair vs. replacement. This was the second time I had used R&B and was very pleased with their service. Highly recommended.

They called ahead and asked for the make and model of the stove. We discussed the problem we were having and scheduled an appointment. Because they knew in advance what they thought the issue was, they had the part on the truck (a new starter) and we were able to have it fixed right away. This is the second time I have used R&B and both times their service has been excellent.

Matt called at 3:59 p.m., before the scheduled arrival time of 4-6 p.m. to say he'd be here in under 15 min. Arrived at 4:12 p.m. and was very courteous. Asked about the problem, inspected the malfunctioning dryer, and provided a firm, fixed price for repair. Price seemed overall fair and reasonable. Repair was performed quickly and thoroughly. R&B will be my first call for any future appliance repair.

Great. They returned my call when I phoned for service and I described the problem. They ordered the parts and had it fixed in 30 minutes on the appointment day. Matt was my service person and lowered the rate from what had originally been quoted as he didn’t have to use the new water line he had ordered as the leak was in a different place and he had some spare line he was able to use. Both Kenny, in the office, and Matt were very helpful.

A great experience. Appointment was made for service call to narrow down the problem. I was given a time window on a certain day and Matt called me when he was on his way. Matt narrowed down the problem, didn't mind me asking questions and watching. Part was ordered and installed for the cost of the part plus a small labor charge. This company is professional, courteous, timely and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to hire them again when I have any electrical issues.

Great experience. Called their office, described the problem, made appointment for the next week. Serviceman called just before the appointment time to say he would be there in 15 minutes. Quickly diagnosed problem, had brought the parts with him and was done in a half hour. Wish all service and repair companies were this good!

Matt was punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and courteous. He systematically diagnosed my complaint. In this case the dryer was actually functioning within spec. We paid a very fair service charge for the peace of mind. I now have R&B's contact info displayed in the laundry room! I was very pleased with the experience.

The appointment was made by phone, and the gentleman who I spoke with was very courteous and asked the necessary questions so that the repair man would be prepared upon arrival. The repair man, Mr. Matt Moore called when he was en route and gave me a definitive arrival time within the promised 2 hour time window. He arrived on time. Mr. Moore was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He opened the top of the front loading dryer and immediately diagnosed the problem as a minor one. He made the necessary adjustment, closed the machine and tested it. Thankfully that was all there was to it! He charged the flat service call charge, ran a credit card and arranged the laundry room exactly as he found it. Quick and relatively painless!! I would definitely call on him again and will recommend to my neighbors.

I got a return phone call within an hour of leaving a message. The person on the phone was very professional and helpful, and set an appointment time that was convenient for me. Matt arrived exactly when he said he would. Again, he was professional and impressed me with how he handled our problem. It turned out to be minor, so he only charged us for the service call, although he really took his time to thoroughly check out all the possibilities and explain what he had done and what he had found. But before he left, he said that if we had any further problems within the next 30 days, he would apply the service call to the needs repair. I was really impressed with how everything was handled, and I'd use this company again in a heartbeat.

My dryer no longer produced heat. I called and left messages with three places since it was the Friday after Thanksgiving and no one was open. R & B ( which was my preferred service) called back on Monday morning. I explained that I was in a dither about repair or replace. The dryer was 13 years old. I did not intend to be living here for another one or two years and I was concerned on the depth of the new dryers fitting into the space. The wonderful personable young man I spoke to asked for the model # and told me parts were available. He explained it could be one of two things. He gave me prices for both. I was able to get an appointment the next day and I was also able to schedule the vent to be cleaned. The next morning, Matt arrived exactly within the time period with a smile on his face. He vacuumed all the dust bunnies up when the dryer was pulled out. Everything was completed quickly and very cleanly. I was very happy with both people I interacted with. I told both of them, they turned my frown upside down, and now I am smiling. Don't look any further call R&B for your service needs. Neither of the other two ever called me back. I wanted R&B because they could also do the vent cleaning.

They explained everything well and promptly fixed the washer.

Matt was pleasant, responsible, and punctual. He came and diagnosed the problem. He came the next day twice with all parts and fixed it. It is working fine now. His price was very reasonable. I would use him again and highly recommend him.

The dishwasher part was a common part and the technician had the part on his truck. The dispenser motor for the fridge had to be ordered and the technician came back the next week to replace.

I am so grateful that I have a trustworthy, very capable, totally professional person to contact when and appliance breaks. I have no stress. I highly recommend you contact Kenny and Matt when you need an appliance fixed.

First, they got back to me within 24 hours. That was great. Second, the office manager completely listened to my issue, tried some possible problem solving scenarios over the phone, and was right up front about the diagnostic fee. Third, the repairman, Matt, actually showed up on time, diagnosed the issue properly, actually showed me the issue, and then gave me a quote before beginning his work. And, fourth, he actually cleaned up the inside of my dryer for me and taught me some tips to extend the life of my dryer. So, yes, I would absolutely hire R&B Home Appliance Repair again--for whatever appliance I need serviced.
