They were really good and really honest.

The guys showed up on time and did an excellent job. Not only did they fix the problem, they thoroughly cleaned out the bottom of the fridge so the heat wouldn't build up and create the same problem again. One thing that was interesting - the repair tech brought an apprentice with him. He allowed the apprentice to do the work, while closely observing and giving directions as the job was done. A great teaching experience for the apprentice (I'm a teacher, I like to see those "teachable moments".) A note to other potential customers; make sure to print out their coupon! Great job; obviously I don't want my fridge to break again but, if it does, I'll call R & B. Thanks.

The control panel broke off from the door and i had to temporarily secure it back to the door using packing tape. I called KitchenAid customer sevice but was informed that the fridge was out of warranty. They did sell me the part and shipped to my address. They also arranged for a service company to come and install it. I asked how much it would cost and agreed on the price and date. Two days before the service the company called to confirm the appointment. I asked them to confirm the price and to my surpise they quoted me double of what was agreed. I was disppointed and decided to cancel the service. I went to Angies List and found this company R&B appliance repair and was impressed with so many great reviews. I called Matt and explained what needed to be done. He asked me to send him the fridge model number and the part number via text message. Soon after he called back and said it would be a simple job and quoted about the same as the original quote received from the other company. I scheduled the servive and Matt showed up on time, was very courteous and did an awesome job with the help of an assistant. I could not be more plased - highly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates an honest and knowledgeable professional.

Matt was straightforward and the overall experience was EXCELLENT. He let me know about the service fee and let me know that it would be applied to the cost of repair if I decided to hire him. He was on time (in fact a few minutes early). He clearly explained the diagnosis and fixed the problem swiftly. I liked that he and his apprentice (a good sign he's training his team) showed up in neat clothing (nice logo t-shirt with name on it). Professional, talks just the right amount (not too much), answers questions, knows what he's doing. Reliable, dependable, prompt.

It could be just a relay since the side by side was new. Unfortunately after trying a couple of new relays - it turned out that the compressor had seized and Matt suggested we buy a new one since it would cost just as much to repair it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole thing to me clearly. I definitively recommend him..

Mattt an associate came Monday morning to check out my leaky dishwasher. He had the part by Tuesday morning and completed the job successfully. I would recommend him highly and would ceertainly use him again.

Matt called me back the same day I first called him. He was able to get the parts and do the repair 3 days later. He arrived within the time window he quoted for our appointment and went right to work removing the broken glass and then repairing the oven door. The work took about half an hour and we are very satisfied with the results. Matt was courteous, personable and professional. We'll definitely be calling him again when we need service on our appliances.

After reading all of the positive reviews on Angie's list, I decided that Matt seemed honest and knowledgeable. He said he's had an increase in business, so I scheduled an appointment with him in 2 days--I felt it was worth the wait for someone I thought was honest. He arrived as scheduled with his new trainee and quickly found and corrected the problem with my washing machine.

He was excellent. He showed up when he said he would. He Fixed the washer and did not overcharge me. I am very satisfied with the price. He was very good!

however, they did give me a name of a someone who could help....not often you hear back so quickly from someone who tells you who else to go to....very nice guy.

Matt fixed my washing machine. I had actually had another person in who quickly identified the problem, but I just felt their price was too high. I called Matt and told him the problem and he quoted a price that was $45 less than the other place. He came in and fixed it in no time. | |He was very nice and professional. I will use him again anytime I have an issue with one of my appliances.

I had a service contract with one if those warranty companies. So when I noticed that my refrigerator was not working, I notified them and they sent someone out to look at the Kitchen Aid. He had no idea what the problem was but he said he would order a couple of parts and call me when they came in. Boy am I lucky those parts never came in and I checked out Angie's list for an alternative repair person. Matt arrived at my house and knew exactly what the problem was. He said that he had seen the problem in several homes. The main board was damaged and this part is no longer being made. (So much for what the prior repair person said). Anyway Matt told me that he could rove the bad part and send it out for rework. It would take a couple of weeks but once repaired things would be back to normal. And they are

I had contacted the manufacturer of my refrigerator directly to determine the part needed. After viewing a parts list and noting that the part was actually part of a kit I decided it best to have a professional handle the repair. I called and left a message for Matt which was promptly returned. I detailed the issue with the ice maker and my thoughts on what part was needed. I was hoping to avoid multiple visits. Matt agreed that it sounded like the right part. He said he would order the part and we made an appointment set 3 days later to install. He was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. Matt was training a young man and I am very impressed with both the young man, who I suspect will become an excellent employee for Matt, as well as Matt's patience and skill in teaching him. A very kind man who is great at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Ice maker had been out for a while. I had other providers (not on Angie's List) estimate service cost. Matt came in, explained the situation thoroughly and repaired both appliances. Saved approximately 30% by using R&B Appliances. Reworked the ice maker with new parts, allowing utilization of existing tray to fit the Fridge. Saved an additional $25. Thank you

Very well, We called on Thursday and hoped to obtain service the next day for my office refrigerator. Matt did make a commitment for Monday, first call. We provided the appliance model number and he obtained the parts in advance. He called to confirm that morning and then arrived shortly. It was a very quick testing of the old unit and replacement that we expected. I really appreciated the high level of communication. Price was comparable to a quote we received from another highly rated provider.

They arrived exactly when they said. Did an excellent job fixing my dryer. Worked a long time to clean my vent outside the house to make sure there was good air flow, including removing a HORNET'S NEST! Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
