My dishwasher was not reaching the correct temperature during the drying cycle. It only took a few minutes of conversation to determine it might be the thermostat. It only took a few more minutes to test and replace the bad thermostat. Now the dishwasher is working like new. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks for the great job!

R & B Appliance deserves excellent in all categories. Matt arrived on time, was very professional, cost was reasonable and he worked from the minute he walked in my door. Matt the owner called me back & we chatted about whether he needed to come look at the washer, which we got for a steal at an estate sale. It didn't seem to be cleaning properly. He was very knowledgeable about this brand and explained how the front loaders work (we had a top loader before that filled up with water). He also explained that if there was something wrong there would be an error message on the computer screen. He clarified that the front loaders do NOT fill up with water like you see in the commercial laundromats. He said he'd be happy to look at it for what I thought was a reasonable service call rate, but the only problem that needed fixing was that we were using too much detergent and needed to clean the tub liner occasionally. I appreciated his advice and will call again when we really need him to fix an appliance.

Everything went well. Our refrigerator stopped cooling on Sunday afternoon and we left a message for him to come out on Monday morning. Matt called us back on Monday morning and was here at 11:00 a.m. Our control panel had to be replaced. He had the part on the truck and was in and out in less than an hour and our refrigerator is now cooling again. Super nice guy and great service!

Matt showed up on time, was dressed professionally and was very friendly to my (overly) friendly dogs---which goes a long way with me! He had an apprentice and they were both very concerned and caring about my having a good experience with them. He told me the price before he did any work, and gave me what I considered an honest opinion as to whether the dryer was worth fixing (it was). I recommend him highly.

Matt was very responsive and provided an honest price. There were no hidden charges or suprizes. He repaired our dishwasher and now it works like new.

When I called and described the problem, Matt asked several pertinent questions and made a tentative diagnosis of the problem over the phone. As a result, he had all the tools and parts necessary to complete the repair when he and Kenny arrived, exactly when promised. When he pulled the ice maker, he showed us an area of concern, giving us the option of whether we wanted to do the original repair or go ahead and replace the ice maker. He was very upfront about costs, and didn't push us either way, which we appreciated. Both technicians were very professional, friendly, and answered all our questions. My husband and I were very impressed, and will use this company for any future appliance repairs we may need.

I have a dryer that vents through the attic. Since the day we built the house and moved in it has had a problem drying my thngs. As time went on the drying time was lonner and longer and people who came to examine told me I would need to put in an extra exhaust fan to help suck the air up through the vent. I just go use to either having my things par-dried or hung them until dry. R & B found that a grill had been instailled in the attice over the vent and the lint had collected until it was several inches thick, which would not allow any air to get through causing nothing to dry. The grill was not only a fire hazard but was certainly not in code. He removed the grill and after 10 years I have dry towels! I am so greatful, they told me I did not need an extra exhaust fan, and dryer is working as it was intended.

From the time I spoke to Matt over the phone, I had a very good feeling about this company and I was right! On the day he was scheduled to come over to my house to inspect the problem, I discovered that my ringer was turned off on my cell phone and after realizing that I had missed four attempted calls from Matt to get my address and let me know they were ready to head to my house, I called Matt back. Not only was he very understanding and professional, but he was even willing to turn back around and head toward my house, which was twenty minutes away in the opposite direction. He told me that he hadn't called his next appointment and that he could still come over. Matt went out of his way to come over to my house to determine the problem and give me an estimate for the repair. Once at my house, he and his assistant were very friendly, professional, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They determined the problem and identified the part that needed to be ordered. I was given an estimate for the job and was told that he could order the part and install it in two days. His estimate was quite reasonable and he said that I could pay him upon the completion of the job. He didn't even ask me for part of the payment to cover his time for the first visit. When they came back to my house promptly at the scheduled time to complete the repair, I felt the same way about them as I did the first time I met them. They completed the repair, checked that everything worked properly and showed me exactly what the problem was, and even took extra time to make sure that my machines were level. I do want to mention that they were also considerate of my walls and made sure that they didn't bump anything when they had to remove and replace the dryer back on top of the washing machine. I would definitely use this company again and gladly refer them to other.

I was extremely pleased with their service. I was in a panic when my dishwasher started acting up and I was 10 days away from closing on the sale of my home. I called R&B and they scheduled a service call for a few days later. Matt and his tech showed up and diagnosed the problem. They were polite and professional and knew I was in a time crunch. The part was ordered and the tech came back 2 days later and installed. The machine is working and I am ready to close!! Thank you Matt and Kenny .... I will definitely will use you again when needed.

WOW just WOW is all I can say!! We called R & B Home Appliance about our fridge that had not been working for a long time and was even misdiagnosed by another company previously and had an appointment right away. Matt from R & B and his technician were prompt & very courteous. They called within the time frame I was given to let me know they were on the way. Upon inspection of the fridge they knew exactly what was wrong as well as finding multiple other problems that contributed to the fridge not working 100%. Matt checked the van and had EVERY part that was needed to get me up & running the same day......I was AMAZED!! Once I heard there were 2 to 3 parts needed I figured I would be needing to make another appointment to get things completed but NO all was repaired SAME DAY!! I will continue to use R & B Home Appliance repair as well as spread the word to all family & friends of their awesome service! Thank you once again Matt!

Matthew and his assistant are really nice people. Professional, courteous. Explained everything to me. My dryer had not been working properly. Matthew diagnosed it quickly and saved me a bundle by not trying to find an expensive repair. They did a great job.

They showed up on time and gave complete estimate for all repairs. Ordered replacement parts and rescheduled date for repairs. Replaced fan motor in microwave. Replaced ice maker valve kit. Work was done promptly and professionally. I would use this company again for sure.

Matt did the job of repairing my LG refrigerator after another appliance repair person declaired it "unfixable". Matt has great knowledge of appliance repairs and comes wih the necessary equipment to quickly diagnois the problem and proviide the necessary repairs. In addition, he is "honest" and provides his customers with a "fair price" for his services. I highly recommend him and will use him again. He is just the best.

Job was performed smoothly and in a professional manner. I had let the company know that I had the replacement part on hand and Matt, the owner, said he would make sure he had backup parts (thermal fuse, thermostat) in case they were the cause of the malfunction (no heat). After testing confirmed that the heating element was damaged, they replaced the element using my part, put the dryer panels and components back together and tested the unit.
