He has been honest and straightforward. The price has been decent and they fix things in a short amount of time. He responded within a day.

Matt was very responsive to my request for a ice maker repair. He contacted me right away and decided to order the ice maker before coming for the service call. He showed up on time and went to work on the ice maker. He spend quite a bit of time trying to remove the ice maker, but it would not come out. He explained the issue and diagnosed what he believed might be the problem. He decided that it would be best for me to contact a Samsung Certified Repair company. He did not charge me any money and would not take any money for his time. I appreciate the time and effort that he did to try and fix the problem. This company is very honest and I would definitely use again.

It was fine. They did excellent work. The workers were pleasant. I highly recommend them.

Matt is a gentleman, arrived on time, and performed the repair quickly.

Matt (owner of R&B) called me back right away to schedule the appointment for the next day. At that time, I told him what the problem was and gave him the model number for the refrigerator, when he asked for it. The next day, Mike from R&B arrived after calling to let me know he was en route. He asked for clarification on directions to the house--even though he was already at the house. Once inside, I explained the problem and showed him the leak. He went straight to work, but then stopped after a few minutes and said he didn't have the right part and needed to go to the supply house. He came back about 30-40 minutes later and completed the job. He explained that he replaced the connector, and put the refrigerator back into place before filling out the invoice. The price was ok, but I wondered why he had to go get a part when I'd already provided the model number and exact explanation of the problem when I'd made the appointment. R&B accepted a credit card for payment, which was a nice convenience.

I will say that when initially I talked to Matt to schedule an appointment he had asked me questions ahead of time and even wanted my model # so he could have the parts on hand. He explained to me what the problem could be so he was familiar in having the parts ready. Mike was the technician that came out (on a Fri) and was on time. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the part. (control board). He said he would order when he got back to the office and he must have because on Mon he had the part already. He came Tues morning on time again to install it. He didn't mind me asking questions and even made the effort to clean the other parts. Both Matt and Mike seem to be very easy going and seem to know what they are doing. They didn't try to give me some long explanation of anything or try to get more money out of me than what it was worth. They gave me an approximate cost of the repairs before even ordering the parts and the final cost was very close to the original quote. I would highly recommend these guys again!

Great communication on getting the correct part. Quoted within 24 hours. Ordered it and was done promptly. Arrived on time and left no mess. Organized courteous and efficient. Will definitely use again and will recommend to anyone looking for appliance service

Ice maker broken on 10 year old Kitchenaide. Was repaired in 2008 and again in November. Called the same company from 2008 but had been bought by Sears. Repair by Sears lasted only 6 weeks so went to Angie's list and found this company. This repair cost less than last two. While Mike was here had him check on older fridge in storage room. He came back next day and repaired that ice maker and charged way less than his estimate.

We had cleaned the dryer vent ourselves, but we were not getting the results we wanted. My new dryer was not drying properly and was sending a message that the vent was the problem. Matt thoroughly cleaned the vent and then shortened the duct connecting the appliance to the vent in the wall. Since Matt cleaned the vent in the wall and shortened the connecting duct, the dryer has worked properly. I hate dealing with appliance repairs, but Matt made it an enjoyable experience. He charged us exactly what he had quoted over the phone. He did an excellent job, was very personable and cleaned up the floor and the wall around the vent after cleaning the vent.

They are good people. And they do a great job. They are reasonable.

I've used him for about three years and my experience with him has always been positive. He is moderately priced. He is very conscious of the customer's cost interests so when you're able to fix it yourself, he tells you how to. The only thing where I think he's a downer is his responsiveness. He gives you that sense of comfort that you can trust him when it comes to appliance repair.

Matt spent about a half hour checking out our LG dryer. At the end of that time, he said it was an obscure model and we'd be better off with an official LG appliance service person, and he said he wouldn't charge us. We had the LG tech come out. He said the dryer we had was generally sold in Europe and was a special model. I appreciated Matt's honesty and I would call him again.

I called them and they were responsive. I told them the part number and they gave me a price that was right on with what the internet said. They were reasonable. They came out as soon as they received the part. It has been working ever since.

Matt was fantastic about calling ahead and scheduling things as was most convenient for me. I originally called as my 2007 Kenmore was making odd noises. He came to investigate and concluded that the motherboard was going. He attempted to find a motherboard to send off for repair so that I would not lose the use of the fridge. Unfortunately the part is a hard one to find and he did have to return and take the motherboard out to send it for repair. Luckily I have a fridge/freezer in the garage, so it wasn't too inconvenient. He gave me great advise on what to expect once the fridge was shut down and he called and returned promptly when the part came back in. Great experience overall!

I called Matt and he called me back within 24 hours and he told me he would be here on Monday between 9 and 11 AM. Matt was here by 9:15 and it took 30 minutes maximum to fix my dishwasher. Matt was professional, courteous and punctual. I could not ask for anything more. I would definitely use him again. He saved my husband a lot of aggravation!

I called Matt and he arranged for the service the very next day. Kenny called me in advance per my request and showed up exactly on time. He checked the washer and found the problem and fixed it with a part that he was carrying on his truck. The whole process last two hours. Great service and communication! Will use Matt and Kenny again in the future!

It went perfectly. It wound up being the result of a faulty cap that was leaking the Jetdry. He told me which part I needed, called the company to make sure they had it, gave me the name and number as well as the cost of replacing the cap. All with a smile and a great sense of humor. Thank you so much, Matt!

Excellent excellent OUTSTANDING repair and timeliness. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and why. Long story short, he cleaned my venting system, ran several diagnostic tests, and within 1-hour the problem was resolved. I strongly recommend Matt, and his company for all future work. I really appreciate the time he took to explain the situation, provide a ball par quote, and complete the job in a reasonable amount of time with the utmost professionalism. Thank you!!!

Matt and his assistant were able to arrive on the same day I called about the issue. They arrived exactly at the time they had estimated. They were able to quickly identify the root cause of the issue and get the ice maker working in short order. They also provided additional troubleshooting steps for me to go through if issues occurred in the future. Matt was available later in the day to answer a few other questions I had. Price was very fair. Excellent experience overall. Would definitely recommend to others and if something else should come up with any other appliances R&B Appliance will be my go to company.

Never wrote a review before in my life for any service, but had to since everything was outstanding! Nice to find a company like this; most disappoint me. Communication, professionalism, punctuality, repair, and cost were excellent! They will be the first one to call for a repair in the future and have already recommended them to a friend.

We were very pleased with everything about this service call. Kenny was professional, on time, diagnosed the problem, had the needed part with him so that it did not require another come-back trip - and was careful not to leave any sort of mess. All questions were answered. The entire experience engendered trust - from the call made to set up the appointment in which questions were asked to zero in on what the issue might be - to trusting that the job was being completed in a comprehensive manner. The problem turned out to be that a defrost Heater needed to be replaced - the reason for the refrigerator feeling only cool but not cold.

Couldn't be more pleased, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
