I'm very happy with this company! They were very nice and efficient. The price was reasonable. They asked me beforehand about my washing machine so they were prepared to come and perform the service and had the parts with them. In less than an hour and a half, my washing machine was fixed. The technician that came had a great attitude and was courteous.

Owner Matt brought the correct parts for our 1980s washer with him, because he asked for the model number in advance. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and he fixed our old machine! We would recommend his company highly, and we are so grateful to be getting some more mileage out of this washer.

I love these guys! I contacted them previously about my LG dishwasher not getting stuff clean & they suggested it was due to my hard water gave me info on a product to use to help - and it did! (no charge/no service call). This time the dishwasher was making a horrible high pitched noise. They came out promptly and diagnosed it as bad bearings. The cost of repair/replacement parts was about 300.00. They gave me great advice based on the age of the dishwasher, typical life span, next bad thing likely to happen (and the cost of fixing that if/when it does), approximate cost of replacement of similar model vs cost of replacement for cheaper model, so I had some great facts to base a decision (repair/replace) on with no pressure on the repair option either. Really appreciated the upfront info and the time spent explaining all the possible options without pressure. I did opt to go with repair and it was done on the spot. Dishwasher is working like it is brand new.

Matt was very prompt, professional and friendly. He's honest, hard to find now days. We had to cancel a 2:30 appointment and when I called his office they told me they had a cancellation at 12:00 would I like that one. We did and he showed up on time diagnosed the required part, had it on his truck and did the repair in less than 30 mins. He will be my appliance guy from now on.

It is BEYOND RARE in this day and age, that one can find an authentic, reliable, decent and trustworthy repair man. LOOK NO FURTHER. I know I won't-I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is a gem and a sweetheart, and consider yourself lucky to find him.

Matt called 1 hour prior to arriving and advised was running earlier than expected. He opened the dryer and quickly repaired what was wrong, took about 10 mins. Only had to pay for service call. He was professional and knowledgeable.

I couldn't be happier. Matt the owner came both times. I didn't pay until job was complete. He corrected diagnosis gieven by another appliance competitor whom I will not hire again. He is very professional, pleasant, knowlegable and gave me good advice about brands of refrigerators, we may rreplace ours. I have found my appliance man and will highly recommend him!

Arrived as scheduled , and fix my washing machine. Matt was very informative as to what the issue was and fixed it right away. I will definitely call them again.

Matt show up exactly on time listened to our analysis and got straight to work. Fixed the 1st refrigerator with 10 minutes. Clogged condensation line. Moved to the main fridge and assessed it might be a freezing water line. He backed the freezer temp to factory recommendation. All is working. Best $89.00 bucks spent.

Matt was very kind, on time, professional, quoted me a price before repairing, asked if it was okay to dump the ice or if I wanted it and cleaned out the space that gets cruddy behind the facade in the door. He was prompt and I had an overall great experience.

Matt was awesome. My refrigerator broke while I was out of town and my daughter called Sears (that is where I purchased). They quoted us a ridiculous price and told her that it would take 4 weeks for the part to come in. I found Matt on Angie's list and emailed him the situation. He came out two days later with the part and fixed the problem. Thanks Matt!

Our dishwasher was completely dead and would not turn on. We had the kitchen remodeled and didn't know where the outlet for the dishwasher was. Matt found it quickly and realized it was unplugged. While he was there he also looked at the door latch on my washing machine and gave me information about the cost of a possible repair. What a pleasure to deal with someone so courteous, professional and responsive! He returned my call quickly, was on time, polite and thorough in his explanations. We will definitely call on him if needed again! I could not be more satisfied.

What impressed me most is that when I explained the problem, he advised me to order the part on the spot, so we didn't have to waste time. He got all info from me model number etc. Gave me a price on the spot. Unfortunately, when he arrived the drum spring was broken and he had to order an additional part. He could not believe that a part like that could break. Possibly a fault from the beginning. He ordered the part advised me of the cost and even offered me not to replace the rubber part. I told Matt to do both as on those machines they get alot of mold on them. I never felt pressured and Matt was so polite and respectful, he called and let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and went to work immediately. I would recommend this company highly as they know what they are doing and they know customer service is number one.

Texted me that he was on his way which was greatly appreciated! Analyzed error code on Whirlpool Duet Washer, had the part on his truck thanks to some questioning while making appt, confirmed diagnosis, repaired and tested. All done with a smile and very professionally. Price was perfectly in line with cost of part and time./labor involved. Overall, a perfect repair visit from a consummate professional!

It went great. Matt arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and even had the part with him. The motor had to be ordered and installed two days later. I couldn?t be happier with their service. Another repair service couldn?t figure out what was wrong (this was last year), I finally just quit calling them. R&B was thoroughly professional and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn?t recommend them highly enough.

Matt was called, we left message, He responded in short time and requested details regarding the problem and the model number of the equipment. We established a time & date which was convenient to both of us. Matt came on time, He was professional and identified the problem and repaired the machine. He answered any questions we had relative to the equipment and suggested some things that would help to avoid any future problems. Matt was professional, Knowledgeable and fair in the cost.

He gave me two possible estimates over the phone and knew what was probably wrong with our dryer just by me describing the problem over the phone. He came and fixed it within two to three days. He was on time, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would recommend using his services and we will definitely use him again in the future.

Contacted R&B Home Appliance Service late evening to set up an appointment based on Angie's List Reviews using the "Schedule Now" interface. I described the issue I was having. The next morning there was a reply with a suggestion that I try a couple things before we scheduled service as it was unlikely to be a mechanical issue and more likely to be related to well water. Matt also suggested where I could buy the dishwasher cleaner and citric acid products to try. I gave his suggestions a try & the dishwasher is performing perfectly again. I really appreciate that R&B was willing to offer up a possible solution over the internet rather than at a service call. They'll be first on my list to contact for any/all appliance issues I have going forward.

he called to let me know he'd be 5 minutes late! My service call was for my washer machine. Matt did a diagnostic check. Found out what needed to be replaced. Put the machine back together. He gave me a quote of the repairs. We discussed my options. He didn't push me have the repairs.

I ordered a new microwave handle on the net to replace the one that broke on our 6 year old Frigidaire microwave. Tried to install it myself and gave up. Called Matt at R&B, explained my problem, and scheduled an appt. He arrived on time, (called 15 minutes before the appt to assure me he was on the way. Unforutnatley, the handle I had ordered through Amazon (Carribbean Appicance - its in Puerto Rico and no one speaks english if you call to return something, ie the handle) was the wrong one. Matt did a web search and found out the handle was difficult to come by (made me feel better), but was able to find one at a local supplier. He left to get the handle, returned in about and hour and did the job. What more can one ask?

He came to install a dishwasher and a new garbage disposal, which he brought with him. He spent some time on my old one first and got it working. He couldn't install the dishwasher because there was a problem with it, but before he left he fixed a new problem with my refrigerator. And he only charged $99 for everything. He was courteous, professional, showed up on time, and I highly recommend this company. The man who came out was named Matt, and I will definitely be calling him the next time I have an appliance problem.
