We were extremely pleased with R & B. I called and left a message and Matt called back within the hour and scheduled an appointment the same day. He also called ahead to let us know when he was enroute. Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts, and fixed our dryer hose all within the hour. GREAT customer service. Highly recommend R & B for any appliance service. Will definitely use again.

Matt showed up on time. Very nice guy. When refrigerator was pulled out from wall, discovered large mildew ring on wall. He showed me that back of refrigerator was lacking insulation. You could feel cold, wet area on back of refrigerator which was causing the mildew. He advised not to repair our refrigerator because we'd likely have to get rid of this one. It was irreparable because the insulation was supposed to be inside the back of the refrigerator. It was probably defective from day 1 but we'd had it for 8 years and never knew it. We'll be calling GE to come take a look and see if we can get anything from them.

I was very pleased with this company. They called me back right away after I left my initial message. They were quick to schedule a diagnostic visit, then got the part quickly and came back right away. They explained the options to me very carefully and clearly, even though some of the options may not have been in their own best interest. I will certainly be using them again in the future. Such a contrast from the company I used previously.

Went great. Matt from R & B figured it out right away that I needed a new ice maker. He had the necessary part in his truck, even showed me a way to make the repair cheaper and gave me some thoughts about how long some of my appliances might last. Will definitely call again if I need repairs.

I talked to a technician and he seemed familiar with the problem. He described the fix and, based on the approximate cost for the repair, suggested I might be better off buying a new unit. He provided some recommendations. Overall, he was helpful and knowledgeable, and I'd feel comfortable going back to them with future problems.

Great! Received a diagnostic repair appointment promptly. Part was ordered and installed within 2 days. A+ as well for their great customer service!

First, the Office Manager was exceedingly courteous and friendly which, for Home Contractors, really confused me. Expecting a gruff laconic individual I spoke w/an enthusiastic gentleman. And so I also tried to nail down an understanding of the price prior to the repair call. We made an appointment for the next between 2 and 4 in the afternoon and the washing machine sat silent for 24 hours, a rarity in our house. Second, our men arrived pretty much as scheduled. A pleasant father-and-son team. Jerry, the dad, identified the problem as a mechanism in the door-latch and they agreed the part was in the van. Third, within half an hour, the part had been installed and now, some twenty-four hours later the machine is back to the daily grind. Did I mention price? Twice I was assured that $164 was what we would pay. First by Kenny, my telephone contact; second, by Jerry, the main repairman. Still came out to $184, sooo...were my communications skills insufficient? Was I not listening? Got me. But the service was friendly, knowledgeable and complete. I'll call again.

They were so very accommodating and came out the very next day to assess our issue Beth the dryer! Everyone from the first phone call to the technician were so kind knowledgeable and efficient!!! Matt called us ahead during the original appointment window to let us know he was on the way. Arrived on time and fixed our leaky dishwasher. We had him check our icemaker as well but decided to hold off on repairing it. Cost of $79 less $10 coupon from Angie's List, was the same amount other companies charge. We would definitely recommend him to others for appliance repair.

Matt was prompt, professional and fixed our washing machine quickly. I called on a Wednesday afternoon, they ordered the part to arrive Thursday and were at my house Friday to fix it. They were upfront and clear about the cost to repair so there were no surprises. Thank you very much.

Very well. Matt called and gave us a half hour notice before his on-time arrival. Matt was able to get the existing ice maker back together without having to replace the whole ice maker unit. Very professional approach to a service call...it sure made our day. If we ever have any appliance repairs in the future, Matt will be the first one we call.

Matt Moore was courteous, efficient and finished the job on a timely basis at a minimum cost to us. His professionalism was beyond reproach. We have wood floors and Matt was careful not to scratch the floors when pulling out the oven from the wall for repairs. We would highly recommend him.

Our very expensive, out of warranty dishwasher began leaking from underneath. Mr. Moore diagnosed the issue and once the hard-to- get parts arrived, repaired the dishwasher. Very courteous, professional service at a more than reasonable cost. I will certainly use this company for any future appliance repair.

This was a superb repair at a very reasonable price. I had gotten the replacement part in advance, so it basically was a remove and replace job -- but far too tricky for me. The mechanic was thoroughly familiar with the issue (cheap plastic housing for the solenoid cracks after a while) and he was very quick and efficient in doing the job. He pointed out that not all that many repair firms deal with Samsung, so I was fortunate that these folks do. I paid by check and the receipt for the work was emailed to me instantly. I'm thrilled to find an appliance firm that I can use for future repairs, which undoubtedly there will be.

Dishwasher wouldn't drain and I had had another repair person come out. They claimed to have fixed it but they were wrong! R&B came out, fixed it for sure, and it's totally operational again.

This is the third time I have used Matt. I used him to repair my dishwasher and replace my garbage disposal in December 2015. He is professional, courteous, and does a good job. Price seems reasonable to me. I will continue to use him for my appliance repair needs; however, I hope not to see him anytime soon as three appliance issues in a five week period are quite enough!

They did not end up doing any work, but they will be the first service I call if anything goes wrong in the future.
