Great experience with this company, they’re punctual and the guys that came out knew what they’re doing. I have a huge yard, and while I was concerned they would miss some spots they did a great job laying and spraying even patters. I had spent a year trying to do it myself and the weeds just seemed to get worse. I have full confidence in Pro Green to turn my yard around.

After the initial treatment, the provider did not treat our lawn, but did provide treatments for our neighbors, who were also customers. When I saw them at a neighbor's house, we asked why they had not been treating my lawn, which was starting to look bad. The man we were not customers. We got angry and told him I was and that I had paid the initial signup fee (which was significantly more than the fee for one treatment). They treated my lawn that time begrudgingly, but again never came back. A few months later, in or about Summer 2013, we contacted the provider about why they had not been treating our lawn, which was now looking worse than ever. A man who identified himself as the owner of the company became rude and combative with us, stating that we were not customers and demanding proof that we were customers. Subsequently, we verified that the check we wrote in May 2012 was to this provider and that it had been cashed. Clearly, the error was on the part of this vendor not keeping accurate records. After the rude confrontation we had with the purported owner, we decided to seek this type of service from another vendor.
