Pressure Washing by Michael

Michael did an excellent job. All patio furniture and grill etc were removed by his company and replaced after the pressure cleaning. Michael asked if the furniture was replaced where we wanted and we said yes. The cage looks like it was new. The same can be said for the aforemention areas. He was professional in every sense of the word. We have already scheduled cleaning for every six months.

Michael showed up punctually, behaved courteously and professionally, and did an excellent job of cleaning and sealing my driveway, porch and sidewalk. He honored his quoted price even when he had to procure additional material to complete the job. I would recommend him and will use his services again in the future.

us+IMike cleaned the roof in April 2014. It was done great and look so good as I reported in the review. It is an older tile roof that just seemed hopeless to look properly. I had tried many other contractors and spent so much money. But Mike was the best of all and also was the best price! In the fall. I noticed some darkness on parts of the roof in certain areas. So I called Mike and he came out and agreed that those areas needed cleaning. So we agreed on $100.00 to do those parts, which I thought was very fair. But after getting started, he told me that to do it right, the whole roof should be done. However the price would be the same as agreed before. But since this would require an entire morning, he would have to return at a later date. So we agreed on another date, he and his co-worker returned on time and now I have the best looking roof on the block!! Considering all the time, travel, materials and man hours, I was very satisfied with the whole transaction. I will continue to use his service and highly recommend them to anyone needing quality work. Plus, he is nice guy!

Michael responded to my request within 24 hours. The job was scheduled within 2 weeks and it was completed on the date arranged. I couldn't be more pleased with the job that was done. I will definitely us Michael again and will gladly recommend him to friends.

Michael and his team did a fanominal job. They took everything down and moved all of our furniture in our pool area they power washed our house and all of the concrete and then sealed it. We have a lot of concrete in addition to the pool area we have a sidewalk that goes around the whole house and a large horseshoe driveway that is all stamped concrete. We are very happy with the service Michael and his team provided. Michael is easy to work with. Next project is to get the house painted and I won't have to look any further than Michael.

We had hired Michael the week before to pressure wash our roof. While he was here, we discussed the cost of doing the white framework of the lanai screens. I had been contemplating doing them myself, however, he offered a very reasonable price and because he did a great job on the roof, was professional about returning calls and being on time, we decided it was worth having him do the lanai framework for us. When we need this done again, we will be calling Michael again. We highly recommend him to anyone that needs this done.

Excellent professional service. Michael returned my calls promptly and showed up at the time he said he would show up. We were in need of fast service due to the HOA letter requiring it to be done within two weeks, and we got that letter while we were away, so we did not have much time to comply. Michael fit us in his schedule on a Sunday to help us out. He even gave us the Senior discount. He is very friendly and helpful. He also removed the rust spots on the walls in the front of the house as a bonus. I would highly recommend him, and the next time I need this done I will be calling him again.

Michael and team arrived as schedule. Even though the driveway was much large than what was in the Angie's List coupon,m Michael performed the work in a efficient and PROFESSIONAL manner, he event took the time to help me with a few "Hard-water" spots on the pool deck, at no extra charge. I will use his services in the future.

Everything went well. Michael was very professional and personable.. He made sure everything was done satisfactorily and that we were happy with the results.

They came on the day arranged, right about on time. I couldn't stay while the work was being done so it was done while I wasn't home. They did a very nice job and I came home to a clean patio......job well done....

The job went fantastic!!! I used Michael and his brother last week to pressure wash the outside, so I am a repeat customer. I can't tell you how good these people are. Michael is a fantastic painter. I am an artist and know good from bad. Do yourself a favor, hire Michael. Not only will you be pleased with the job they do, but their character matches their work.

Michael and Brian did a fantastic job. I can't tell you how pleased I am with their work. Michael came over a week ago, gave us an estimate, and told us that he would be at the house to do the pressure cleaning on 10/19 around 12:30. The entire job took about 3.5 hours and the result was way beyond my expectations. I am extremely picky and hard to please. In addition, Michael and Brian were very kind and behaved in a respectful manner. I have already hired them do do some painting next weekend.

Michael and his co-worker (Ed) arrived very punctual. They proceeded to cover everything with cloths. They worked very well together each doing their own particular job. They moved furniture and when done put everything back in place. They left my home clean and in order - as if I didn't have anything done. Great job and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to use. It is a pleasure when you hire people to do a job and they turn out doing a fabulous job at a fair price. Very pleased!

Michael and his assistant arrived on time and ready to work. The driveway was meticulously cleaned and then painted flawlessly. I had been a little concerned about how this would turn out because there was another coat of paint underneath but it looks great. I had been quoted $2688 by a driveway company to grind off the old paint and apply new paint. I had been quoted $800 by another contractor to do the job Michael and his assistant did for $175. I didn't find either one of those other options appealing and was thrilled with Michael's quote -- which he gave me when he was here pressure washing my patio, screen room and roof (also well done at a very reasonable price). While Michael was here, I asked him if he'd be able to fix a small hole we had in the wall. He did that well too -- and didn't charge me. Just as Michael was finishing up the driveway, out of nowhere the sky darkened, thunder rumbled and it looked like it was about to pour. I was worried about what rain would do to the freshly painted driveway and walkways. Michael assured me that if it rained before the paint was dry enough to withstand it, he would return and re-do anything that washed off -- even though our changeable Florida weather was certainly not his responsibility. Luckily, the rain held off and everything looks great. Next time I need anything like this done around the house, I'm calling Pressure Washing by Michael.

I am incredibly impressed with this contractor. Not only did Michael and his assistant arrive on time (actually a little early), they were extremely efficient, professional and hardworking. They helped move all the stuff off my deck. They pre-treated the screen enclosure to remove mold (I don't recall any other pressure cleaner we've had do that). There was a miscommunication about the type of roof I had. Michael thought it was tile but it is composite shingles. He explained that doing regular pressure washing on a composite roof would damage the shingles and reduce the life of the roof (I'm betting most other contractors would have just gone ahead and done it anyway.) So, on a Saturday while his assistant continued with the other pressure washing, Michael tracked down the chemicals he needed to clean my roof properly and came back to finish the job. I'm sure they were here longer than they anticipated because of this, but never once did Michael suggest he needed to charge more or do anything other than do the job right. The roof looks great, the screen enclosure and patio look great and I've asked Michael to come back to do a couple other jobs I need completed. I highly recommend Pressure Washing by Michael.

Mike did a fantastic job for each area that he pressure washed. Mike was prompt, friendly and very fair with his price. I would definitely recommend Mike for future pressure cleaning jobs.

Michael was on time, professional and did more than was asked of him. He removed rusted and sharp debris from the patio before I had the chance to remove it (tenants left it). He cleaned up behind himself which doesn't always happen. The cleaning turned out to be a two day ordeal with chemicals. He returned the second day as scheduled and finished the job. I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to pressure wash my parents as well. He did and this job was as neat, tidy and professional as the one at my house. I will definitely use Pressure Washing by Michael the next time I need similar work. I have also recommended him to others.

We purchased a home and contracted Michael to pressure wash the lanai. He did a great job on that and we learned that he also does interior painting. We then contracted Michael to paint the interior of our home. Michael and his crew painted the walls and trim in several rooms with high ceilings. He was dependable, did an excellent job of painting and priced the job right. He was able to schedule the job right away and completed the work in a very short time-frame. Michael and everyone that worked with him was professional and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend him for pressure washing and/or painting. Mike was very responsive in getting back to us right away. He is courteous, polite and answered all our questions. He takes before & after pictures ( so you can really see the difference). Mike is now going to be painting shutters & doors on the exterior. Thanks for the Great job!

+Mike was by earlier that week to give an estimate to clean the roof of my house. On saturday he was on time, we went over all expectations of what he would do and estimate time of completion. He and one other person did an excellent job, very professional, and finished on time. He took pictures before , during and after the work. I received them on EMail. The roof looks great and will use him again. The price was very reasonable

Mike and his crew arrived promptly, covered plants and shrubs to be protected and then pressure washed the entire exterior of our house including the cupola. They cleaned all areas of dirt, mold, algae, and mildew. The house came out very clean. The next day Mike and his crew again arrived promptly and got right to work. They did an excellent job priming nail heads that showed signs of rust, and then painted all the white trim on our house. They are definitely professional painters and they did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the results. There are no areas with drips or splashes on the other areas they didn't paint. They didn't get any paint on the walks, driveway, windows or plants. They really did a first rate job. Mike and his crew are very nice people. They are professional but also very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job at a great price! We are very pleased with their work and will definitely call the again for future work.

Mike and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, reviewed the scope of the job with me again, and asked if there were any areas I wanted them to be particularly aware of. Before they began they moved all the furniture out of the way so it wouldn't get damaged. They did a great job of cleaning all areas. When they were done the screen enclosure looked brand new, and the floor was clean and free of any mold or mildew stains. The downspouts and gutters were also thoroughly cleaned, and looked equally good. When the job was finished they moved all the furniture back into the lanai. Mike is a very thorough worker and he conducts himself in a professional manner. He was very polite, courteous and friendly. I was so pleased with the job that I hired and scheduled Mike for additional work at my house. He also does house painting.

I called him and he returned without complaint or extra charge for my mistake. I offered to pay him for the return trip but he refused additional funds. He smiles when he works and does a great job.
