Premier Tile and Grout

Did great job on master shower re-grout and although the floor area in the master bath where they replaced some grout looked like a completely different color, we were told to wait at least a week to allow it to cure and the match to the existing grout would look much better. Our expectation was that the new grout color would be in the same general color as the existing, but we knew there was no way to have a perfect match. After 3 weeks when it was apparent that the newly installed grout would not even remotely match the existing we called Todd and left a message to contact us about coming back out to replace the grout that did not match. We have never received a returned call or message from Todd after leaving 4 voice mails. It's a shame that Premier has refused to contact us to correct this issue-now I have to hire someone else to come out and fix their work.

WOULD NOTRESPOND TO WHOLE HOUSE TILE RE-DO

It went well took longer then anticipated, but it was a lot of tile for 1 person. I think I was expecting more, but it is older white tile, and I guess it could get just so clean. Other wise everything went well. The serviceman Todd was very good at what he does.

Based on the good reviews on Angie's list we called Premier Tile and Grout for service. Our call was answered after three days. The person answering said that he thought someone else had called. We made an appointment for later in the week. The workman called near the time he was supposed to be at our home and said that he was running behind in his current project and he would be at our house the following day. He appeared on time and went right to work. The floor and walls in the baths looked clean and bright. We have 12x12 inch travertine tiles on the floors and in the showers.The next day after the tiles had dried we noticed that along the base in one of the baths you could see dark areas where the machine had not cleaned. One of the 12x12 floor tiles had not been cleaned at all. We called the fellow who did the work who expressed his doubts about our description, but said he would be out to check on his work. We made an appointment which he postponed again because of his work. On the appointed day we were waiting for him to arrive. He did not. Later we went out the front door and discovered his card on the deck. Our house is three floors and we were on the top floor. The door bell is broken so most visitors call us on their cell phones to announce their arrival. No call from this fellow. In the mean time we have called the company every day without any response. It is appealing that the company does not stand behind their work. WE DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY>

Everything went great. Todd does great work and is very honest and reliable.

Todd came over and answered all our questions. He provided us with a quote and was able to schedule the cleaning. He was professional and knowledgable. He made the floors and grout look new. The results exceeded our expectations

It was recommended on Angie's List. They did a very nice job. The gentleman's name was Tod. We purchased the house 4 years ago, and we had tiles put in, we should have sealed it then, but we had it done last week. The quality of work was very good. We plan on having them do the shower after the holidays.

Todd was very professional. We made an appointment for him to come look at our small project and he showed up right on time and gave us a written proposal. We asked him to do the project but I had to reschedule a couple of times because we wanted him to come after the rest of the work was completed. He returned every call and accommodated our schedule. Todd arrived on the day and time he said he would to do the job. He got right to work and completed the job. My wife and I can't believe the way it came out. It looks like a new floor was put down to compliment the rest of the bathroom remodel. More tradespeople should be this conscientious. I highly recommend this company. We couldn't be happier.

He arrived when he said even though he had an employee not show up. He did an excellent job on my tiles and grout. He moved all the movable furniture and replaced them in their proper places. He was personable and professional. I would definitely use his services again. .

Todd did an excellent job and we would absolutely without hesitation hire him in the future. He was punctual, professional and explained in detail what he was going to be doing. He cleaned the tile and grout and then sealed the grout in 7 rooms. Once he was done - in a few hours the floors looked new. We were very pleased with his work and also the reasonable cost.

Previous owners had used improper caulk in the master bath shower which was black with imbedded mold even after through cleaning over and over, Todd removed all the old grout and/or caulking and reapplied same. I couldn't be happier with the work done. The shower is amazingly clean and looks new as does the tile floor. Todd was professional and a great worker.

It went extremely well Todd is a true professional who takes great pride in his workmanship.I .His cost was very reasonable for all the effort he did and the time he took to do it correctly.This is a highly trafficed area of my home that needed this dine in the worst way.It now looks like the other areas that have had almost no traffic.

Todd arrived around 10:30 AM and was done with both showers before 3:30 PM, leaving both of them looking like new. He removed all the old grout and/or caulking and reapplied same. Before the job, the grout was missing in some areas and dirty looking even after a thorough cleaning. We are original owners of this house (took possession Feb. 2001) and I've kept the showers as clean as I could, but age and chemicals had done a job on the grout. Tonight both shower areas truly look as they did 13 years ago. I couldn't be happier with the work done or the results. Even consulted Todd about working on our pool tiles.

At first, I tried to clean the tile on my own with a mop and bucket, but it became apparent that the job was too big for me to do properly. I also researched sealing it myself. I called the Premier company to get an idea of what it might cost to hire the work out and save myself the hard work. They sent out a very nice, well mannered, well spoken, and personable young gentleman who discussed the problem with me and answered the many questions I had. He measured the rooms and gave me a written estimate of the work and cost. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that I hired him on the spot for the job. They called the next day and set a date and time to do the work. The same young man showed up on time, with a good attitude, ready to do the work, and work he did. I don't even think he took a break. He used a big scrubbing machine to scrub the newly installed tile and grout and it also sucked up the dirty water, or I suppose cleaning solution (which after use looked like chocolate milk). This removed all that tile "haze" and left the tile and grout very clean. When I saw how dark the cleaning water was after the floors were scrubbed by the machine, I knew I could never have done the job as well by hand with mop and bucket. Then, when the grout was dry, he applied a sealer to all the grout lines. Grout is porous and if you don't seal it, liquids can sink into the grout and may stain it. As I had a light colored grout, I definitely wanted it sealed. I researched doing it myself and comparing what it would have cost me to buy a good sealer and apply it myself, it was worth it to just hire Premier and let them do the work. In short, Premier showed up on time, with a good attitude, got right to work, and did a good job. The tile/grout were deep cleaned and the grout sealed. Premier was a pleasure to work with. I would certainly hire them again.

If you need tile work, just call Premier Tile and Grout. We bought a 1988 town home with original tile in both bathrooms. The tile pieces were in good shape but grout and caulking were very deteriorated. Todd gave both bathrooms a complete tile "makeover". After re-grouting, caulking and using his magic tile cleaner, both bathrooms look new again. In addition they installed a shower door that was a bit challenging because the wall had shifted due to age. We will definitely call Premier when we are ready to replace the 1980's tile. ;-)

Todd was great, I used his service previously at a home we recently purchased. That floor had not been touched in years and was extremely dirty. After Todd got finished it looked new, I am not exaggerating. Today Todd cleaned another tile floor at another property we own and did another outstanding job. I cannot emphasize enough what a pleasure Todd is to work with.

Todd started and finished the job on time. He was very professional in his work and the quality was the best. He did exactly what he said he could do by cleaning our floor tile and then staining the grout with a sealant He moved all the furniture out of the way and then put it back where it belonged when finished I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing his service.

We thoroughly enjoyed having Todd work on this project. It is something we have put off for far too long and were very impressed with his professionalism and dedication. He arrived on time and spent 6 plus hours non-stop doing this job. The floors sparkled after he finished and we are very pleased with the re-grouting that was done. There were a few spots that were overlooked the first time, and after calling him back, Todd came out again and addressed those. It only took 5 minutes, so it was really not a big deal, but we were glad he made it a priority to see that everything was finished to our satisfaction. We will definitely use his services again and recommend him highly.

He made an appointment for the next day to assess the job, arrived right on time and gave me a very fair (I thought) price for repairing everything. He took time to explain exactly how he would do the work and what to expect when it was finished. We made an apointment within one week to make the repairs. He arrived right on time for the job, the work was complete within a matter of a few short hours. Before leaving he made sure I inspected it all, - it was exactly as he explained and looked beautiful (with a totally cleaned work area!). During all these transactions he had an extremely pleasant, helpful attitude and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He called back the next day to make sure everything was OK. Todd showed up on time for the job and stayed all day. The tile and grout looks brand new. There is no way we could have cleaned the floor ourselves with the same results. He has commercial equipment, knows the right products to use for the particular cleaning required. The floors were cleaned with a safe product as there are dogs and a baby in the house. We are absolutely delighted with the results. Plus, Todd is just an honest, hard-working owner that is very customer oriented-and will do what it takes to get the job done on time and do it right. I scheduled well in advance because it fit our schedule, but it may take a few weeks to get an appointment because he's good and people will wait. Its well worth any waiting time- we couldn't be happier.
