Excellent. Due to unexpected circumstances, I had an urgent need for an inspector for a pending condo purchase. I contacted Steve at 9 a.m., he called me back immediately, and by 1 p.m. he and his son were on site. They did a thorough job, explaining every thing they were doing and found. Honestly priced and serious about their work.

Stephen was terrific. He definitely was looking out of my interest unlike the realtors many times who just want to make a deal. He was extremely detailed and checked everything. Andy was extremely professional. As retired police officer I would not recommend him if he was not upstanding & trustworthy. He was fast, knowledgable and polite. He answered my questions quickly in a way I could understand. We have been dealing with DR Horton a international building who took many short cuts. We have had 4 different roof leaks causing damage inside our home to walls and ceilings for 3 years. The builder lied to us. Andy had no hesitation telling us the truth and going up against a builder of this size. His written report was submitted the same day.
