I think they're the best plumbers. They were very good, and very efficient. They're a good bunch and they do good work. They were very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing.

It went very well. The reason the toilet leaked was because when the house was built the drain in the floor was sticking up too high. Over years of use the toilet shifted broke the flange and wore out the wax seal. The plumber removed the toilet, cut the drain pipe so it was flush with the floor, installed a new flange, wax ring, installed the toilet and water supply line. Flush tested a few times to make sure there were no leaks. When the plumber left the bathroom was clean and he removed all the garbage.

This was very difficult and tedious job that Plumbing By Bishop completed without issue. They had to dig through concrete and avoid a main water line. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them to others. I highly recommend them to others.

Plumbing by Bishop installed my hot water heater about 4 years ago. One day while doing laundry I noticed the pipe rusting this was about a year and a half later. I called them back. They cut the pipe and put in a new piece of pipe. They charge by the job and not by the hour. This could be a good thing if you have a large job. This was the case when I had the hot water heater installed. When I called them back when I noticed the corrosion on the pipe at the connection. I thought the price was high since they fixed it in 15 minutes. I let them fix it because I did not want to have the pipe burst and have more problems due to flooding. I have also had them replace the valve in the kitchen faucet and shower faucet. on other occasions. The kitchen faucet was replaced a few years later because it started to leak again.. The shower faucet valve they replaced again due to leakage. They explained that since we have calcium in our water sometimes it destroys the seals. After they second valve replacement and that was a few years ago everything is working well.

No story behind that service call. But, I had to call them back an hour later because of a broken pipe leading to the septic tank. We had 4 guests staying with us and the plumbers worked to get us working toilets and showers before nightfall.

Let me first state that my father-in-law has dementia; his toilet flooded and he called Plumbing by Bishop. They were responsive and the man that performed the service was very professional. But; $109.00 to unclog a toilet? I am the caretaker for my father-in-law and over the past couple of years I have seen him taken advantage of by several well known companies. I honestly feel the elderly are targeted as easy money and I disgusted. Stanley Steamer - cleaned his sectional; cost $900.00 (Oh, they gave him a front door matt for free, really?) True-Green - Aerated his back yard (size of a coffee table) $125.00 (Oh, his HOA handles all lawn service) Called the manager at Plumbing by Bishop and he was irritated that I would complain about the bill. He finally relented and took $20.00 off the bill. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

. Very pleased with the outcome. They have done numerous jobs for me over the past ten years. They are always responsive, professional and thorough. Perhaps a bit pricey, but worth it.

Smooth and worry free from day 1. I look forward to starting a new project with this company soon. Honest and hard working.
