PINCH A PENNY POOL PATIO SPA

Pinch a Penny is not the company to hire with all the other choices of pool companies available. My job was a complete drain and acid wash. They drained pool and then started refilling it with inches of green filth at bottom of pool. The acid wash took them about an hour. Then the pool filled light green and never was cleaned. After three weeks of getting excuse and rationals from Derrick the store manager, we called corporate office and canceled service. We had to hire a new pool company and they are now draining the pool again and doing the job properly. New company could not believe pool was refilled when there was still inches of grime at bottom of pool. New pool company also checked water chemicals and there was NO chlorine or stabilizer in pool and this was three weeks after Pinch a Penny had started the job! I rarely write reviews but this one needed to be written.

Took pool cleaner in to be repaired. They replaced parts and charged for their service each time. After three returns the cleaner still did not work properly. Staff referred my complaint to the owner of this store. Owner was rude. He evaluated the problem without finding out what was said or done by the service staff. End result: No resolution.
