We had an unexpected break in the sprinkler, while the technician was here. He fixed it and replaced the required part at a reasonable price even though it was not part of the original order. Very professional.

In the past, had no problems with this company. This time the workman didn't show up as promised. Arrived several days later and failed to perform all the work requested. Didn't show up again! I called a third time and a different workman came out and finished. Thinking they had more work than they could handle at the time.

I got two estimates. I thought Greg had better insights as to what needed to be done with my old - 20+ years - system. He installed a new controller, a number of new rotors and heads, but mostly tweaked everything to provide better coverage. So it cost a fraction of putting in a new system. I've had several others work on my system over the years and this was the best so far and reasonably priced. We are snowbirds and their tune up / trouble shooting plan is excellent. We call them from TN and they come for the cost of the trip charge. Plus parts of course. Most others bill for the trip charge plus hourly. I am very pleased with this company. My only complaint is they have a cheap telephone system and my old ears have trouble hearing them on the phone. I better have the wife call.......

Very Good company, They came and quoted the project and did a very professional job and are very reasonably priced. They installers were very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They installed the complete system in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. The systems works great. I would highly recommend them.

The installation process was interrupted by a hurricane, but the installers returned to complete the job after the storm passed and my power was restored. Thank you Ecowater.

Very polite and efficient, I was very happy with this company affordable and didn't waste time,. he arrived got right to work had the equipment and parts. Located the valve boxes and dug them up, they were under landscaping that had been installed after construction! Even had to move a 180 lb rock to find the 2ed box. I have had other well known co's here in the past but this was such a more professional service call, no comparison. Happy customer.
