Description of Work: The owner did the estimate, was a painter and a supervisor of his crew. He explained the cost/benefit choices availble and made recommendations. He gave us a price and time the painting would be done, and the job was done as promised. They were careful with the shubbery for the pressure washing and had plenty of dropcloths to protect both shrubs and concrete. They pressure washed the driveway and vinyl lattice work, which weren't to be painted, so those areas would not detract from paint job. We got three painting estimates and New Heights was the low bidder.

Description of Work: I did not know and never met Jason prior to the call using Angie's list. Jason was prompt in returning a voice mail message left. He set up the appointment for an estimate when it was the most convenient for me, which was great! He was punctual, professional, and provided an estimate in line with others. He provided the timeline of guesstimate from start to completion as well , which was met. He and his staff were professional, courteous, mindful of personal items and possessions. They were also thoughtful in that they moved rooms of furniture, but left the master bedroom until last, so I would have a sanctuary to sleep away from the paint. Jason made sure all the work performed was of high standard. They removed wallpaper in three bedrooms, which had been there since the house was built, with possibly the wallpaper in at least one room put over wallboard. The ceilings, some very high, were painted, as well as the walls in those rooms, living, dining, and family rooms, panel doors, and trim. They also had a walk through to find any spots, then walked it through with myself as well to find any additional, to make sure of complete satisfaction. I have received compliments from everyone who has walked through the door and would absolutely recommend he and his staff.

Description of Work: I had used Jason last year on a small bathroom job so this time I had most of my downstairs painted including the ceilings. Again the job was completed quickly and professionally. The price was excellent and the completed work was as well. We will continue to use him in the future.

Description of Work: We ended up with four estimates...Jason was right in the middle. We chose him because he really knew what he was talking about, his price was fair, and we just plain liked him. We called two of his references who had glowing reports to share! We asked him to use a specific brand of paint, and he accommodated us with that as well. Jason and his crew were professional from start to finish. They were very careful to cover every inch of what wasn't to be painted. Jason knew exactly how to deal with the dark wood which I wanted painted white. They were friendly, worked efficiently but carefully, and went above and beyond what we expected. A couple of weeks later I saw an area that wasn't "quite" perfect...it looked a little light on paint. Jason was there the next day and made it perfect. He painted doors, trim, walls, ceilings...we love it! We'll be having him back to paint the exterior in the fall. Description of Work: Prepared bathroom wall surface and painted room,trim and walls after giving me an estimate about a week ago.

Description of Work: Jason painted a double volume living room in a suede finnish, this finnish is a difficult one and most service providers were unhappy to attempt it. Jason made sure he understood the requirmentents and undertook the task with enthusiasm.
