+ -1 moreThe crew arrived the first day without the proper equipment to complete the job. They said the building was taller than they were told. They arrived the next day late. They completed the job and made some minor changes that I requested without any problems. After a few weeks two leaks developed over two different doors. I requested they return to stop the leaks and they came out within a week. Later, the leaks developed again in the same places and I had a very hard time getting in touch with them, they did not return my calls and I had call often until I finally got them to come out again. The leaks developed for a third time and they said they needed to order some special parts and as soon as they came in they would be back out to fix it. They never came back and I just recently called again requesting service. I was told by Floyd my sales person, that the new owner (even though they kept the same business name), would not be honoring any previous warranties.
Description of Work: This company was contacted to remove and replace an existing gutter on my business building. They performed the work as per the estimate; however they took longer to complete the job than anticipated.
