I was at first excited when the two ladies came came over. They got there around 1130. I started taking to them about what needed to be done to the house after an extensive renovation. I told them that they should start downstairs as I just had the upper carpets steam cleaned and they had another few hours to dry. They immediately said that they were only there for 1.5 hours. Unfortunately with the significant amount of dust and over 2500 sq ft to clean it’s going to take far longer. It was explained to them by my builder that he wanted them there a long as it took to get the house entirely cleaned that there was no limit of 1.5 hours. They started cleaning and almost immediately I know there was going to be a problem. They were doing it as a “spot” clean not an indepth get all the dust off everything on all surfaces from the walls to the doors to the cabinets etc clean. There were shavings all inside the cabinets they never even cleaned my downstairs shower they said they cleaned the bathroom floor but I didn’t see that happen and not sure I believe it. The banister we had to go over FOUR times each time there was continued huge streaks of dust. They were constantly complaining how they had to go they only had X amount of time left etc. they got about 60% of the house cleaned. It was exceptionally infuriating to have your house only partially cleaned and two ladies who clearly didn’t want to be there. I will never use them again and can’t recommend that you do either.

They did an excellent job and went above and beyond in the work they did and communicating with us as well. I would highly recommend them and use them again when needed! Thanks Molly Maid!

Just kooked but did not go further.

Hired to clean my rental house by my tenant. This review is being completed after having spoken with her at length. The issue we had is that the high turnover of staff meant that we could not count on consistent quality. The revolving door also makes it difficult to be able to establish trust - you like to know who's in your home, particularly a single female. The office, when contacted told my tenant that the girls had been "transferred to administration". After three times she began to wonder just how large their administrative staff actually is. The price is competitive IF all ducks are in a line. They weren't quite ever, so she rated it D. Quality was uneven and never quite satisfactory. She rated that C. Responsiveness was average, and relates to staffing and quality of work. She rated it C. Punctuality - the maids were VERY late on several occasions. They get a D. Professionalism gets a D. The maids are attentive, polite and cooperative. But again - the tenant feels she was lied to or given partial truths at times by the office. No matter how cooperative the staff was, that earns a solid D. The last time, another new cleaner failed to put things back where the tenant had them. She said it made it hard to account for belongings after they left. Again - the trust issue. At this hourly rate Molly Maids should be able to pay these women enough to keep them on. I suspect that they do not. This contributes to average quality and high turnover of staff. If the same cleaners showed up on time every time, got to know the property, maintained even quality, gained trust and could be relied upon - We'd have kept them on. But they don't. So we didn't.

I really liked having them come clean. The first round of girls that came were very good and then one got promoted. I believe it was $120 per each time they came.

The company was fairly good as a cleaning service, but they lacked flexibility when it came to jobs its workers would and would not do. They weren't as thorough as I would have liked either.

We moved from out of state and we hired Molly Maids Treasure Coast because their card was left on the counter of our new house. At $65/hour they arrived without a ladder, step stool, etc. We have 12ft ceiling to floor windows? So they cleaned the windows up to where they could reach (the house cleaner was maybe 5ft tall) When asked about what products they use they had to refer to a manual. One of the cleaners talked on her cellphone for most of her stay. They did not vacuum and they used a swifer to mop the floor. Come to find out, the reason the card was on the counter is the previous owner had used this same company at $65/hour and they did NOT clean ANYTHING the first time around. When i called to complain the manager offered me a $20 credit toward my next cleaning. Unsatisfied I called the owner and left a message that I would like my money back, he said NO. He did offer a crew to come back but at this point they had 2 chances to clean the house and were paid over $600 between myself and the previous owner. I declined and I would not recommend this company to anybody!
