LUMBER LIQUIDATORS

Description of Work: I ordered their bamboo flooring in Feb. 2015. It was installed in March, by an installer they recomended (He had their logo on his business card, that said he was one of their approved installers).About a month later I noticed that the edges were starting to turn up. In May I sold my house and an inspector told me and the that there was twice as much water in the floor than there should be. I notified Lumber Liquidators and the installer that there was a problem. The installer came and checked out the floor and said he didn't know why the boards were turning up. I took pictures and took them to the local store on Peacock Blvd., in Port St. Lucie, Fl. They told me that they could do nothing on the local level and I should fill out a form and mail it along with the pictures to the corporate headquarters in Virginia, which I did. After a month, Maria at the corporate headquaters told me there was nothing wrong with their product, and blamed it on the installer. The glue they sold me with the bamboo was supposed to have a water barrier. They have refused to do anything to help me. So I am out over three thousand dollars I paid for the material and labor only 4 months after my floor was installed. Now I have to pay to have another floor put down or the buyer for my house refuses to close on the loan. This has been the worse experiences I have ever been through with a company. The fact that they don't handle problems on the local level is absolutely horrible. If I knew then what I know now I would not have walked through their door.
