They show up every week on a regular basis, except during the winter months when they disappear unless it's time to get paid. Several times they couldn't seem to figure out which way the gate to my back yard opened, and they opened it the wrong way causing it to get mis-aligned. Instead of telling me or having someone come out and fix it, they proceed to bang the **** out of it with a hammer. Now it doesn't work right. Overall, my yard looks very nice. They're very expensive, but I don't mind paying for my yard to look as good as it does.

So far with my interaction with him, he has been very professional and i know he does a lot of work around the neighborhood.

Staff need constant reminders to raise mower deck. My turf requires a minimal height of 4and quot;. This service tends to mow shorter than requested. Also they have have and quot;scalpedand quot; the hill in the front of my house. I am currently awaiting them to replace the turf (which they said would be replaced free of charge.)

Basic lawn and yard care that is done as needed. He does a great job.

I can't quite report that he is "finished" as we agreed he would undertake the most urgent work first, and longer term projects in weeks to come. He did an excellent job on what he said he would do and I have good confidence that he will continue in weeks and months to come.

He does a good job and we will continue to use him. We don't have to be home for him to do the work. The approximate cost listed is what we pay to use him per month.
