They must have been out at least 15 times, to many times to recount. The last time they were out would have been probably October 26th. It was under warranty. The other repairs were done by the manufactures, they sent different repair people out. I stopped calling them since they did such a terrible job. I used a different repair company, other than for the warranty work. They were doing such a terrible job in damaging things in the process. What stood out to me the most was incompetence. They come out, there is obviously a problem and they are trying to make it look like, basically just live with it. I didn?t know how to say it, but it?s like basically, you are just going to have to live with that attitude. I don?t pay $18,000 for appliances and just say that I have to live with it when they are not working right.
Description of Work: They had to come and service the appliances. We had them come out for a refrigerator, it was a major one. Had them come out for a microwave, had them come out for a wall oven, had them come out for a garbage disposal, had them come out for a beverage center. The other appliances, cook top, washer, dryer, and even after them, the refrigerator again. They also had to come out on our vent hood blower assembly over the cook top, they had to come out and repair that as well.

I my opinion, I cannot prove it, but I believe they are providing defective appliances as if they were new. Because, everything was coming in damaged and there is not one appliance that I did not have to have a service call on within months of having them installed. Sometimes within days. To give you an example of what I had to go through, I am now on my fifth refrigerator. They could not provide me with a refrigerator that worked and didn?t leak out of the box. I had such a bad experience that I don?t see how they could improve. I think that they would have to start over. I had three dishwashers, the first two, were tremendous dents in the sides of the dishwashers and they tried to install them. They installed things improperly. Their servicing, they damaged things when they came in to service items. They refused to take back defective equipment. The refrigerator for example, they refused to take it back after seven service calls. Nothing positive what-so-ever to say about them. What can they do to improve, I think they need to cease conducting business, is what I would say. To improve, put it this way, I know it sounds a little cynical or sarcastic, but if they want to improve a customer?s experience, they need to cease doing business, because I can?t believe that the way they do business, they would satisfy any customer. Every appliance, I?ve had to have them come back and do something with. Some things were minor, installation problems, but many things were major.

And that was the end of the good part. They have yet to ship me the fridge. The salesman is useless. When I call to ask where the fridge is, he reminds me what a good deal he gave me on it and he got in trouble with the manager for h=giving me the deal. He has repeatedly offered to refund my money (??). I don't even think he ordered the item, or he sold me something that they don't make anymore and is just hoping I go for the refund. He lied to me. When I pointed out to him that he said that the refrigerator (which I have paid for but not received) included installation, he told me that he knows he didn't say that because they record all conversations and he listened to it. They don't record conversations. Terrible service. I just purchased a fridge from Home Depot and will cancel the order. Delete review

Prices at Jetsons are the best in the area for all appliances. They provide interest-free payments for 12 month loans and next day installation. We try to use the same salesman, Danny Fleming, each time because he is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Delivery was right on time and installation went well. Kudos to Jeff Maki who did an excellent job with installation.
Description of Work: Sold and installed microwave, range, and dishwasher.

I purchased a new Samsung range,microwave and dishwasher on 14 Feb and had them delivered on the 25th. I noticed immediately that the diswasher appeared odd; the soundproofing on the top did not look like an appliance that just came out of the box. The kitchen cabinets were being installed that same day so I had them leave the appliances in the family room. I attempted to install the dishwasher on 5 March and discovered in the installation/setup brochure that it was supposed to come with a factory installed drain hose, mine was missing and the generic one from the big box store would not work. I went back to the showroom and verified with the salemen that the drain hose was installed on the display model. The salesman assured me that he would open a ticket with the service dept for the following Monday. No one came on Monday and when I called the service dept I was told that no ticket had been opened. The service dept could not schedule an appointment before I left town for twelve days. Upon return I called the service dept again and was given quite the run around regarding the drain hose. The woman that took my call was very insistant that NO dishwasher came with a drain hose and her supervisor said much the same thing. To make a long story short I had to call the manager of the showroom to get my dishwasher fixed on the 22nd of March.
Description of Work: Delivery of new appliances, one of which arrived without a factory installed part and required repair

Not good with customer service. Incomplete info about installation charges. Added delivery charge after we paid entire bill. Have not refunded cost for an appliance returned. Had to go to credit card company to get refund. will not use them again, ever.

They are amazing. They helped us with the design in intergrading their product in our home. That helped with the cabinet design. They worked very closely with the designer. They have been amazing in every way that you would need them to be from electrical requirements to people designing our cabinetry. They provide service on everything that has been delivered. They're here, they're efficient. They are straight A's across the board. I would totally recommend them.

The repair man showed up exactly on time and was very friendly. He had to repair a faulty fan and put everything back in its place. About 2 days after the repair, our refrigerator began to make the same funny noise again. I called Jetson and, once again, they were very courteous and scheduled a repair visit for the next day. When the repair man came again for the second time, he was totally amazed to discover that the fan he had just recently installed was also faulty. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he had never experienced the same part failing again within such a short period of time. He replaced the fan again and it's now veen over 6 weeks and our refrigerator is working perfectly. Parts and pieces will fail from time to time and I'm just glad that Jetson Appliance was so responsive to my needs. They certainly have my attention should I ever need another new appliance.
Description of Work: Brand-new appliances will, now and then, fail to perform. Our new refrigerator was one of those appliances. When I called for service, the young lady on the phone was very courteous and scheduled a repair/maintenance visit for the next day.
