Very well, they stand by there work.

Firstly I’m from New York and I’m not used to such great customer service. The estimator came on sight and I received a full detailed estimate via email the very next day. I got other estimates from other companies and went with Jay K due to several recommendations from neighbors. What a great choice. The screen lanai is beautiful. I have a clear view outside to the golf course. Jay K does professional work. I highly recommend them. By the way I’ve never written a review before so that gives you an idea of how happy I am with the result. Thanks Jay K!

Work went very well. Screens were replaced, door installed and aluminum panels installed around outside bottom perimeter. Everyone was very personable and professional.

I was sceptical about the cost of the work however friends informed me that it was a very competitive price. The men were professional and personal. The work exceeded my expectations and I expect a lot for hard earned money.

The work went very well. Both Stacy and Hunter arrived when they were scheduled to and were very personable and professional. For the amount of work done, I feel I got a great price. (No amount of money could get me to walk on the top of the enclosure like Hunter did). They also checked for damage I had not noticed and made a few minor repairs to screens that weren't totally damaged. I have additional work I'm planning for the future and Jay K Screens will definitely be my "go to" guys.

I must admit, it's not often that I am compelled to write a positive review on a rendered service. More often than not, I am quicker to write a negative review than any review at all. Well I can sincerely say that it has been nothing short of a pleasure working with Jay K. Screens. First of all they were intitially recommended to me by a Home Depot employee who works in the screening department. That alone made me feel pretty good about calling them to give me a free estimate on repairing my pool patio screen enclosure. Jay himself showed up at my home to give me the free estimate. He was very professional, took the time to really listen to my needs, and all of the work he proposed was spelled out so that I had the exact details of his proposal in writing. Not only did I need new screening, but also several parts of the enclosure itself were rusted and falling apart. All of the work proposed was done expeditiously and professionally in September of 2016. Just about a month after the work was done, the News of Hurricane Matthew came in, and I thought, "Great just my luck. I just had my entire screen enclosure repaired and now we're going to get hit with a hurricane." Well not only did the new screening and the integrity of my enclosure withstand Hurricane Matthew with absolutely zero damage, but I realized that if I had not had my screen enclosure repaired just before the hurricane hit, the enclosure would have likely been leveled! Needless to say, I highly recommend Jay K. Screens. I know that if need be I will definitely use his services again!

Jay responded within a day of me calling for an estimate to repair 3 panels of screen Hurticane Matthew took off my top pool screen. He noticed 3 other loose panels that needed replacing. The estimate was $438. I said ok and since I was concerned about my cats getting out he scheduled the work soon. He and his son arrived with big ladders even earlier than I expected which was fine with Me. They got the job done in a couple hours or less. Excellent job.

I contacted Jay K Screens for a gutter repair estimate. Jay came out on the designated date and time. He explained how he would do the work and was able to complete the job on the same day. We are pleased with the work and would use him again.

The work was scheduled and completed within just a couple of days of giving them the go ahead. They did a great job! The workers were polite and got the whole job done in one day. The owner inspected the work when meeting for final payment.

These guys get 5 stars. They did a great job on my repair. I though I was going to have to do a full replacement and they made it all look new. I love my outdoor space now and I highly recommend this business. The price can't be beat. Friendly staff and always returns calls even after the job is finished.

When I contracted for the work to be done on my home, I was told the window" would be 3-4 weeks for completion. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner called and said he could do it in two days ! The workmen arrive on time and I had a NEW screen room constructed in about 5 hours. They also did some extra repairs on the porch for me for a nominal charge. They cleaned up any mess they made in the porch and the outside patio and yard. I was so pleased that I gave both guys an extra tip. Jay K Screen's quote was $600.00 UNDER another company's quote that I had received the same week . Very pleased with the service and professionalism of this company.

The crew came the agreed upon week and performed the install in a professional manner, taking care to not mar the recently installed wooden shelving. The end result was just great!! We are very happy with the workmanship and the installers were very professional and efficient. Thanks JK Screens!

After contacting Jay K screens, they showed up in a timely manner and gave me a quote on the job. It was not too much longer before they started the job and finished it in a very timely manner. They did quality work and communicated with me as needed. I was happy with their work and will be using them in the future if needed.

Jay Noyes was punctual and professional. It's not the fault of a screen enclosure contractor that ANY enclosure for our deck and/or pool will be expensive because of both the irregularity of the sites at our hurricane-vulnerable location. Ultimately we're going with a picket fence that will be secured to the deck.

It was a really good experience. We first used this company to replace rusted nuts, bolts and screws on our enclosed lanai/screened porch. They also replaced the hydraulic closures on our screen doors. Did an excellent job. When we had to have a leak in our roof repaired, the roofer told us we would have to have the gutters removed so that he could repair the area behind the gutters. Jay K Screens came right out and gave us an estimate. He also switched around his own schedule so that the work could get done quickly so that the roofer could get on with his job. He had to remove some of the screen panels so do the job and told me right away about this extra work. He also said that the gutter should be replaced with another type of gutter that could handle the intense Florida rain storms more efficiently. He explained everything very thoroughly. By this time we were at our home in Maryland and unable to see the progress. Jay k Screens volunteered to send us pictures of the work. He also added extra flashing to improve the flow of water off of our roof (at no charge to us!). We have been very happy with all the projects he has done for us and would definitely use him again. We will recommend his company to anyone who needs this type of work.

They did an awesome job. they replaced 10 screens for me. I explained that I had a problem with raccoons up there and they went the extra mile by suggesting a thicker more durable screen. Alitte more expensive but I believe well worth it. they followed thru and have kept in touch with me to make sure I was satisfied. I now have them in my phone numbers and will defintly use them again. I would recommend jay to anyone needing screen repair.

We searched for screen repair on the internet and found Jay K Screens. He came out the same day and provided an acceptable estimate and promised to do the work promptly. We felt he was a trustworthy businessman and signed up the next day to do the work. He appeared promptly on the day promised and his crew worked diligently the whole day. Unable to complete the job in one day (as we added a few things extra that day), they cleaned up (including sweeping)and promised to be back the next morning. The quality of the job is excellent and would highly recommend Jay K Screens for any screen room and patio renovations and repairs.
