Face of Wood Flooring

There were 2 different teams. One team for the wood floor replacement and one team to refinish and stained my steps/handrails/landings. Both teams were outstanding. Very professional with attention to detail I would highly recommend Face of Wood Flooring.

If you're reading this most likely you're going through the same "laundry list: of questions my wife and I went through a few weeks ago ie. Who's the best for the job ? How much is it going to cost ? Will the quality of work meet our expectations ? Will they actually show up when they said they would ? Can I trust them ? Do they have the expertise to do the job ? First of all my wife is a "Stickler" for having things done RIGHT ! And she's not always that easy to please especially when it comes to shelling out bucks.....Ours was a big job and we got several quotes....Was their's the lowest, no but definitely well in the ballpark and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. They were punctual, professional, amenable and exceeded our expectations ! Prior to this experience they were an unknown entity to us. My wife and I would STRONGLY recommend you consider Face of Wood for your flooring needs,

The work was outstanding. Philippe, the painter, was prompt, courteous, and professional; he was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Philippe was the fastest painter I've ever seen and did a great job.

Kaike from Face of Wood came out to give us an estimate on the install and Painting. He was very professional, fantastic prices. The installers did a beautiful job putting down the floor. They a used a triple barrier under the floor and also had to do some floating of the floors to make them level. They removed a railing we had between the 2 living rooms which opened up the entire room. Davino came out a few times to check on the job to ensure everything was going smoothly. The installers were very neat , I never had to vacuum or clean up after them. I am absolutely delighted with our new floors . I also hired Face of Wood to do the interior painting of our home. Leo did a beautiful professional job using Sherwin Williams paint. He made sure to cover all the surfaces and furniture. Kaike was very good about returning phone calls and text messages promptly. I will be hiring them to do the exterior painting of our home soon and tile work in our bathrooms.

Face of Wood staff is very professional. Kaiki wants the customer to be satisfied with the work performed. He was very patient when I was trying to decide on the type of laminate and what was best for me since I have dogs at home. They gave me a great price and excellent service. The floor looks beautiful as well as the painted walls.

Did not get an estimate. Three days later, called an spoke to office. Never got an estimate. THEY WASTED MY TIME. Would NOT call them again. I am a repeat customer (WAS). If there was an issue (unknown to me)- they should have presented it, rather than IGNORE a CUSTOMER!

We found Face of Wood Flooring on Angie's List and were impressed by the reviews listed there. Having had floors installed in three rooms two years ago that buckled and lifted, we found ourselves having to replace the floors. Kaike came to the house and did a careful inspection of the floors and provided a quote that was a bit higher than we had budgeted. We were invited to come to the showroom to see various flooring options and see if the pricing could be more in line with our budget. We met with Luciano, who helped us select flooring that was close to what we had allocated. We also decided to have the rooms painted since they would be emptied for the flooring. The flooring crew showed up as scheduled and in two days, had all three rooms finished! The floors look amazing and they did an exceptional job of cleaning up. They explained what they were doing to insure the floors would not buckle and made sure we were comfortable with what they were doing. A day later, the painter, Leo, arrived and in a day and a half, he had all three rooms painted, including the baseboards and closet doors--again, it looks great and there was nothing we had to clean up. The flooring comes with a year warranty--which is reassuring, given our experience with the other company--but we are pretty confident we will not need follow up. The process Face of Wood uses is far superior to what the previous company used and the work (which included moving the furniture) was done in a much more professional and timely manner. Would definitely recommend Face of Wood to those looking for quality at a reasonable price and in a timely manner!

Excellent! Their sales person came to my house and provided samples, explained the process and took measurements. We set up appointment the same week for the install. Their workers were professional, had great attention to detail, removed furniture from the rooms, and left the room and their work area immaculate. I was completely satisfied with their services.

I contacted Face of Wood after reading their ratings on Angies List. I spoke to Ricardo who was courteous and responsive. He sent Kaike out to take a look at the floor. Kaike gave me a recommendation on how much wood I would need to do the repair. The wood was ordered and the repair was down in a timely manner. The men doing the repair arrived on time, worked diligently and neatly. They finished the job in a day. I was completely satisfied with the result. I would happily recommend this company to anyone needing wood flooring or a repair.

They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and I have already called then to do another job for me.

Face of Wood did an excellent job installing laminates in 2 bedrooms, closet & walk in closet. Removed old baseboards and installed new ones. They arrived on time and did an excellent job with both the laminates & baseboards. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and affordability.
