Description of Work: They installed laminate floors on bedrooms and honestly the did a great job.

Description of Work: We had an engineered wood floor in the bedroom in a Brazilian cherry shade showing signs of aging. Most companies told us it could not be refinished (without even looking at it). Faces of Wood sanded and refinished it to a very dark brown with beautiful results. Nice people who took pride in their work. The whole job took about three days but we let it cure for a week before putting furniture back. Much cheaper and looks like a new floor!

Description of Work: Service paid for, however, service not received. After forwarding pictures of my hardwood floor, which needed repair, I called and was told they would contact me. Never heard from the company. Spoke with the company again, the person that answered seemed to not be aware of previous contact(s). I repeated my name, date of purchase and the confirmation information several times. I literally threw my money away , because I never received service for what I paid for. I feel this company should refund my money due to the fact they were unable to do or commit to do the work needed on my wood flooring to satisfy the contract agreement that I paid for. | |I made contact a different wood flooring specialist from your site Hermes Arauz. He came to my home to access the issues regarding the floor and discussed my options. As a result I felt it was best to replaced the flooring. He was very professional, punctual, and I'm pleased with the work, which was just conpleted on 08/08/14. |Barbara Brown |

Description of Work: I got the deal for Hardwood Floor Refinishing.

Description of Work: Scrapped and sealed my engineered floors and retinted my upstairs bedroom. Also laid new pieces where a built in was removed. And created a matching threshold across a wide space. I would recommend Marcus and Face of Wood Flooring to everyone without reservation, he was great.

Description of Work: Luciano and his team installed 350sqft of laminate, padding and removal of old carpet. He was kind, professional, and did an excellent job for my parents. It was done in less than 5 hours and every step of the way confirmation and updates were provided. Very happy customers in boca for sure. Wish they did carpet also!
