The representative's presentation was good, but left many unanswered questions. The estimate was also very expensive. The representative came last fall, October, I think. After he left he never did call us to see if we were interested or not, which seemed strange to us. We did have some questions for him if he had followed up, but we would have said no to the service. The representative was very nice and personable.
Description of Work: Came to our home to give us an estimate on a solar water heater.

I am very happy with the service that was provided and the results. I should of done it sooner! The whole experience was positive and Geoff is very kind and knowledgeable. He is reliable and I feel I can count on him for any help with my system in the future.
Description of Work: Solar panels and an automatic controller were installed to heat the pool.
