Honesty and integrity are the reasons I'm writing this review. Joe visited our house to analyze a possible termite issue. He discovered there is a problem but it's contained to our patio bar. His recommendation was NOT expensive treatments but rather to get rid of the bar altogether. So refreshing to encounter a service provider who incorporates homeowners' best interests into his business.

- Again, immediate response to my call for help. Professional service provided by Mike who was willing to work with my schedule - have used DSI in the past and will again in the future.

Excellent .... initital cost was so much lower than other exterimnators and monthly maintance was reasonable, $50.00 ( again both units) NO SERVICE Contract was required. I know Cockroach removal is not DSIs primary service, but they exceeded my expectations - patience and professionalism in dealing with me.

one side of my rental duplexes was recently vacant / cleaned, painted but still serious cockroach issue despite all of my efforts and day quickly closing in for new tenant to move in. Called all of the ' name' exterminators who were extremely expensive and predicted that issue would no be resolved until entire building was emptied, cleaned and treated. Unfortunately financially not an option at this point. Thank goodness for Angies List. Read reviews and called DSI - father and son local residents. Assured me that it was do-able, and very reasonable. Met Joe, who treated my unit with spray and foam - to kill the roaches who walked thru or carried back to the nest the chemical to make others infertile. I was concerned that upto 2 days before new tenant moved in, I still saw an occasional roach, and then suddenly nothing!! Joe left his card with instructions that if new tenant had issues to call him for additional treatments. DSI states that termites are their primary issue, but they were excellent and professional in helping me get my unit ready to rent, and I know when other side is vacant, I can count on them to come back finish the job. No contract, single price to treat ' whole' building, and extremely reasonable monthly or bimonthly late for followup ..... if necessary. By all means do yourself a favor, call DSI for help. I have several rental units in Golden Gate, but now I have one EXTERMINATOR......what a find, thank you Angie.

It was the first time I had used them. It went very well. They seemed very professional and worked with my on the billing which was nice.

I haven't had any problems with them.
