Everything went fine. I received a service call for a non-emergency issue less than 24 hours after calling. The plumber called to advise he was running early and quickly diagnosed the problem; a faulty fill valve which he replaced. I have used this company several times in the past, most recently for the replacement of a flush-mounted Jacuzzi tub, and they have always provided excellent service for a reasonable price, plus, it has always been easy to schedule appointments.

We were forced by our insurance company to replace a perfectly good water heater. We contacted Dave's (upon the recommendation of two separate people). They were very responsive and showed up the next business day. Tom was amazingly professional and helpful. He diagnosed and gave us advice that was imparted as a professional courtesy on a variety of issues, not only with the water heater, but an upcoming renovation project. They will be the FIRST we call with any plumbing needs. Terrific.

One company said the piping was too complex. Jason came out and did the job in record time with no problem. Would use Dave's for all my plumbing needs

Awesome service! I had tons of questions and they were great about answering all of them. The work was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. All the old fixtures left with them. Both the owner and the plumber he sent out were terrific! Dave gave me quote over the phone and it the work came in under the quoted price. Seriously, I just couldn't ask for more!

Gave the bad advice to break through the concrete slab to allow access to the split cold water pipe. This caused the leaking water to rapidly reach floor level, thus, the house water had to be shut off. When we called to request emergency service, the response was a sarcastic "that ain't gonna happen". Ok, you can't come, do you have to be nasty about it?? We called another plumber who immediately repaired the pipe, allowing us to have water.

Working with this business was a total pleasure.

Everything went as promised. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Very pleased.

Called several plumbers. Most could not come for several days. Dave's worker was here in less than 2 hours. Determined the problem, explained how he would fix it, and completed the repairs in less than an hour.

They came here 3 times. We were satisfied with the work but later we realized they did not do the right kind of work. You need to know a lot of work about your well before you bring the plumbers.

No one called back till 2 days later. Then proceeded to tell us it would take another 3 days to get a water heater. We went to lowes and had it installed immediately

Overall a fantastic experience with Dave's Plumbing. I'm a do-it-yourself kind of person but this clog was beyond 25 feet from the sink and I did not have the equipment to deal it. I called at 10am and they were here at 3pm the same day. We went over the details of the problem and they quickly set up and began working on clearing the clogged line with some heavy duty equipment that would cost me about $250 to do it myself. They cleared the line and used a blanket to contain all the gunk that came out when the auger was retracted from the piping. The area was left as if they were never there (which my wife was very happy about). Tom was very professional and courteous, and most importantly, very efficient. They were in and out in 55 minutes, and at $80 per hour I thought it was a bargain. This is the first time we've used them, but I highly recommend Dave's Plumbing for their overall excellent value.

Requested service on Monday but was not able to do the work until Tuesday am. I thought the on-the-phone representative was short and to the point, but a little hesitant to research the new water heater info and answer all the questions I asked. Service tech called 1/2 hour before arrival, arrived within specified time period, worked steadily and orderly, completed the work under time alloted, and checked to be sure hot water heater was not leaking, and that water was being heated properly. Very nice service tech and did work professionally. Total price was about $50 less than estimated. I would definitely use them again.

The plumber was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I'm having them do more work in the near future.

Assessed the issues over the phone - at least a good idea of problem - had repair kits available based on the assessment & fixed immediately

The tech spent several hours and it ended up being a septic tank problem

The remodelers left a horrible mess when installing the toilet. He spent a long time fixing the toilet. They are very honest, courteous, efficient and reasonable.

They are very responsive and prompt. They come when they say they will and they know what they are doing.

I received a call yesterday to let me know the time someone would be there today. It went very well, the faucet was repaired and water heater checked. I want to thank Tom the Plumber for being so personable and professional, thanks to Dave's Plumbing. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

.We decided on this company and called on Monday afternoon (2/06). Since it was not an emergency, we were fine with Friday 2/10. We were told they would call in advance. Thursday afternoon they called with a projected time of 10-12 am. At 8:50am, Wayne called and said he was on the way. He was very pleasant, friendly, listened to our complaints and was very thorough. On 2/14 we were called that the part was in and Wayne would be here between 8 -8:30. On 2/15 he arrived at 7:50am. On both calls, when he left, you could not tell he was there. He left everything clean and neat. We will definitely call "Dave"s Plumbing" for any future needs. We found cost well within the local pricing.

They are the best plumbers I have ever used. Their prices were reasonable. They came when they were supposed to. Most of their employees are long-term employees, so I feel comfortable with them in my place. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I would recommend them. It's been about 10 years since they did the job. They did a really good job with a really difficult problem. Our plumbing was underneath the stairs at the time and they were working on it. The stack needed to go out through the roof so it went through both floors and then out of the roof. We didn't have any backups inside the house. It just wasn't built right. They saved us quite a bit of money doing it. I don't remember how much we spent on the project, but it was quite reasonable for what they were doing. They did the repair and they were honest to tell us that it might not hold but it would be a much less expensive fix than the one that we really should have had.
