Description of Work: I have an antique rocking chair which had a broken arm. They repaired the arm of the chair and, while they had it, they tightened up all of the joints and cleaned up the finish. It looks beautiful and rocks like it used to!

Dan made sure we were completely satisfied with the results of the refinishing of our dining room table and he did not disappoint us. He showed up on time, met his promise date, and did an overall outstanding job and his prices were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

Description of Work: I had 2 antique chairs, both of which the glue joints were loose. He took both apart completely, re glued and assembled. He did a great job and the price was also great.

Description of Work: Completely refurbished two bar stools. He took them apart and re-glued and put in new screws where needed and he put a new swivel base on another chair.

Description of Work: Repaired two bar stools by taking them apart and gluing them and he put in new screws. He fxed a swivel chair by replacing the chair platform.

Description of Work: We contacted Dales and "Dan" who now has the company came over, looked at our furniture and gave us a price. We called a few weeks later to schedule the appointment. He was to be at our home at 9ish on Wednesday morning. Well, 9, 10 11? I called and left a message for him to find out what happened and wanted to reschedule and never heard back from him at all!! Very disappointed.

+ -1 moreDale arrived and went to work. He is EXTREMELY meticulous and focuses on the quality of his work, not just to get to get the job over with. He came prepared with all of the tools, equipment, parts and everything that he could possibly need. He is a small businessman, and one that I will use whenever I have furniture that needs to be fixed.
Description of Work: I had purchased some pretty expensive furniture and broke a slat of wood on it. This kept the file cabinet from closing the drawers securely.

+ -1 moreI found this business in the yellow pages and was easily able to arrange an appointment to discuss the needed repairs. Dale, whose last name I don't know, was very courteous and knowledgeable and from the appearance of other work in his shop, appeared to be competent to perform the services I desired. We agreed on a price of $115 to replace the cane seat and color it to match the seat back. I am unable to comment on the appropriateness of this charge since I have little experience with repairs of this nature. The work was completed in a little over one week and I was most satisfied with the quality of the repair and the amount I was charged. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Replace a cane seat in a counter stool and stain/refinish to sample.
