+ -1 moreFirst of all, Cook Electric is claiming to be the same company that existed for many years, but this new company bought it last year! And their customer service is abysmal and they are VERY HIGH PRICED!
Description of Work: technician told me I had to PAY IN ADVANCE, then charged exorbitant amount for GFI changeout in an EXISTING outlet. Then he told me that two other cosmetic jobs, which I paid for couldnt be done til the next week…..family emergency forced me to cancel those jobs, but Cook Electric is refusing to refund me!
