Because I had ATT and they have wireless recievers I didn't worry about cable not being in my room. but found out ATT wasn't in my new home so had no choice but to get Comcast. really don't like service, One of my TV's are out right now and I have to wait 3 days for someone to come out. ATT decided they can come to my new house so I will be changing back.It wasa really big job for the Comcast serviceman to put cable through the attic to my room,but I will be paying a $100 for that service and a $79.00 installation fee. Because I have been having so many problems with Comcast I asked them to waive installation fee, and they absolutely would not. ATT always did in the past and are going to do it again to put in my new home.

Description of Work: This is probably the 10th or 12th time I've signed up for Comcast/Infinity service. This last instance was for Comcast Business in Stuart. The installation appointment window was between 10am-2pm. The technician arrived around 4:45pm. On TV they advertise a $20 credit or something similar if the service is not provided within the promised time. When I mentioned this to the tech and/or Customer Service, they claimed no knowledge of any such guarantee. I received my first bill on about the 15th of June with a due date of June 17th. (the Billing Date was 6/1/14, but the service was not installed until 6/9/14) and Yes, I was billed from the 1st of the month. Also, there was a "Activation Fee-Voice" for $29.95 which I have no idea about. I could go on & on about how terrible the Comcast service is, but there is not enough time.

They’re great. So far all good with all the services they provide me. For the old bundle I’m paying $129 for T.V., internet, phone and home security for two years. It’s pretty good.

I have rental homes that have their services and I was called one day and they said that they are about to shut off my service. I questioned why and they said it's not been paid. I looked into it and it was paid, but they decided to make two different billing for that particular home. It's the same address and everything but it just spelled the street with one different letter and therefore, they sent me two bills and therefore, they were going to discontinue the services and this of course was while I had people living there. That was upsetting and it took forever to get it straightened out. They are not very helpful when you want to straighten something out. You are forever waiting on the phone and nobody understands what you are talking about.
Description of Work: I use Comcast Cable for Internet and television.
