Thank you for response, weekly i review our list of calls to see if we respond promptly and you were not on the list. Confused, I pulled up your file (made in our program) and found the file was only partially filled in placing it on no ones list. I am unable to tell if it did not save properly or if the user was distracted. The form has a place for the person to list their initials whom is filling in the form. This was not done either. Thankfully, this is the first time something like this has happened because i can not even research what went wrong without knowing whom made the partial file. I am left only to apologize, our company's motto is Roofers Who Respond, so clearly this is unacceptable and i apologize. if there is anything I can do at this point, please let me know.
