+ -1 moreRick and Kenny Cochran are the best roofers I've ever encountered. They provide MORE than what you contract with them to do. Instead of pages of small type, they have an easy to understand and short contract. Their price is totally fair, their quality excellent, and their service the best. I've never dealt with a contractor who worked as neatly as they did. They even had one of their workers check the area around the house for metal (screws, etc.) with a metal detector. Their employees were polite and worked hard. No blaring loud radios, no drama, no problems. When I tried to pay extra for the work they did above and beyond the contract, they would not accept additional payment. I have used them also for rental properties I own and, again, the same great service. Living in Florida, we just are not use to this type of professionalism and honesty.

We are a insurance restoration specialist and have used this company as 1 of our roofing sub contractors for over 18 years. These guys are the best at what that do best "ROOFING". This is a family owned business and the 2 brothers Ricky and Kenny are the owners and thats who you will be dealing with. As a contractor i have to look for the best quiality and price for my jobs and we have never had a problem with the Cochran Roofing Company ever in 18 years. I Highly recommend them to all.

Description of Work: Replaced roof with a metal roof. They said that any bad spots they found would be included. Turns our all four corners had some rot under the facia. They removed soffit and facia well beyond rotted areas, replaced and painted. At no extra charge. They also replaced my house numbers for me since they had a tall ladder. |I suspect many other roofers would have just covered up the dry rot as I didn't know it was there.

Description of Work: Rick came to the house and gave me an estimate for installation of a new metal roof. I compared his price with other contractors and he was the least expensive. I told him we would use his services and he said he would get the necessary permit. He advised me that he would start the following week but did not show up. This went on for several weeks. Eventually I contracted with another roofer to do the job.

+ 0 moreThe facia was rotted on most of the house caused by nail holes from gutters. The more facia my husband removed, the more damage he found. Time to call a roofer. We called this company because they had put the roof on 5yrs ago, and we were happy with their work. Five guys worked one day and two the next day, about a total of 60 man hrs. They were very professional, prepared to work, and friendly. When they were done, everything was cleaned up, and my flowers and plants were in good shape.
Description of Work: Replaced rotted facia, 2x4 under it and underhang. Put new vents in. Remove 20" of rolled roof over underhang to do work inside, then repaired it.

+ -1 moreWe called 4 roofing companies for estimates. Cochran was the quickest, most complete estimate. The other 3 company representives didn't even know about the membrane, that was used on our screenroom roofs. It has a lifetime warranty. We singed and accepted the estimate to start work on the 5th of July. Work was promptly started and totally completed 3 days later. We are very satisifed at this point. Cochran Brother's cleaned up the job site completely, and even came back out to do a double check of the area. We would highly recommend this company to all of our family and friends.
Description of Work: New roof on house, detached garage and 2 screen rooms.
