 + -1 moreI phoned about the error message on my HP laptop...fan not working. They charged $25 to check it out. Confirmed that the fan did need replacing. Estimated that the fan would be ~$80 and the labor 1-2 hours at $65 per hour. I OKed the work. Fan was not readily available in US so they ordered from UK. This made the whole process take approximately 2 weeks instead of the predicted 1 week. Actual price came in lower. Computer is working fine.
Description of Work: Fan on HP laptop computer was not working. C&W ordered a new fan and installed. This involves removing much of the inside of the laptop. My husband considered doing it, but decided it was a bigger project than he wanted to undertake.

 + -1 moreThey work on Windows and Apple. They were very responsive. They gave estimates before they did repairs, which was much surprising, so I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: I used C&W Computers for some warranty work done through Apple, and I had them install some additional memory in my computer.
