The roof turned out great but took a little more time than expected to get started. It may have been so much rain and trouble with getting permit. but all in all quality work and once they started they had it done fast and a quality job.

The quality of work done was top notch. The problem was in how they communicated about quotes and final invoicing. We had what we thought was a first visit to provide an estimate. Then, when we agreed to the work being done, someone from their crew came to do another initial assessment. He didn't seem to know any of the information from the first visit including the fact the roofing tiles had already been ordered. My question to him was if he is just now doing the assessment, what was our initial estimate based on? Then there was confusion as several phone calls were made to different individuals with no clear answer or resolution. We needed the work done and did have a written estimate, so we allowed work to proceed, but I couldn't help but feel that initial estimate was pretty random and not really based on anything. Then, when work was completed (on time, and again work well done by the crew), there again was confusion when I asked for a final invoice for our total amount due. Again, calls were made to several people with no clear answer about an invoice. Finally, I spoke to someone who told me that our initial estimate was the final invoice - which again was just a round even number not based on itemized costs or time. Again, the work was top-notch, and I don't necessarily feel that we got ripped off or anything, or that they are intentionally dishonest in anyway - but I run a business myself, and I found this way of doing business very odd and unprofessional.

Hired them to come out did the work very well really nice and friendly and was on time and very professional. Job went very well and he did what he needed to do and I was very pleased. Recommended yes.

Came quickly to evaluate a roof leak, was able to fix it on the spot. Highly recommend.

Had bad rain damage in garage on a Sunday night late. Called in and got an appointment scheduled for Tuesday at 10:00AM. Called back and spoke with Troy who I believe runs the show, was very nice and because of the severity, said he would come out himself that day and observe the damage and get a game plan from there. It was great!

Job scheduled, materials drooped when scheduled . It was Metal "roof-over": started at 10AM, and finished at 11AM the next day! Awesome!
