Fantastic job, I was called back almost immediately from Angi list, as the first lead, and they gave me an appointment and fair price that was perfect for my schedule and matched others price. Showed up professional and did a SUPERB job exchanging out TV and AV system. 5 stars don't look elsewhere.

While I think these guys are good based on the previous reviews, my experience was not great. There was a mishap the 1st time I tried to book them for their service for 6/28/23, which caused me to be delayed by a couple of days (no big deal). However, after agreeing to 6/30/28, I was called on 6/29/23 and told that there was a cancellation and that they could fit me on 6/29/23. I rearranged my schedule to take the earlier appointment. Later that afternoon, I was called to say that they could not make the appointment because by building does not allow the loading dock to be used after 4 pm. This is very true but they would only need to park at the loading dock and not actually utilize it as they still could have entered through the main entrance. I then asked if I would have my original appointment on 6/30/23 and the person told me that would call me back in 5 minutes. I never got that call. Honestly, these guys just wasted my time. End up going with someone to do an easy job.

They were very professional and on time. They took the time to give recommendations for the project we had. Very reasonable as far as pricing. Definitely will use again.

I strongly recommend AV INTEGRATORS, Keith, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. You get 30 years experience for the same price as other installers with much less expertise. He is also a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. He did a terrific job in mounting our TV and provided a lot of tips and recommendations.

Kurt was very professional. He showed up on time and had a great attitude. He used a drop cloth and cleaned the work area after he was finished. He asked me what my expectations were and made suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend him and AV Integrators.

Keith at AV Integrators has been in the sound/installation business in South FL for over 3 decades now, and that deep body of of experience certainly shows in his work. I recently (May 2018) hired AVI to install a whole-house indoor-outdoor streaming sound system in a large home (under unusual and exceptionally difficult circumstances), and the advice, service, equipment and installation we received were all absolutely top-notch. Keith saved money on the job by letting me know where my own (amateurish) thoughts or plans were not the most efficient, when he would have made more money by just doing what I’d planned. He went far above and beyond in actually *thinking* about this job, and in future-proofing the system wherever possible. The results are stunning - truly, the sterling quality of the whole job (and, most importantly, of the sound!) is genuinely outstanding. I can recommend the services of AVI and Keith without any reservation whatsoever.

Amazing! Keith was quick to respond and installed 48 hours after quoting me. What I loved about Keith and his crew is that they presented all options to me and then worked around my budget to give me the best bang for my buck. Even after we agreed on price, he came back with more savings he was able to obtain when purchasing equipment. This company is a rare find. They are extremely knowledgable and take the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. Their pricing is reasonable and the equipment is great. They exceeded our expectations. Not only do I highly recommend them, but I will only use them going forward for all our audio needs. By the way, they do much more than just audio. I plan to use them to improve the wifi around my home.

Keith responded quickly and accommodated my schedule. My issues were minor but there were several and he fixed them. He offered a couple of options that I might want to pursue in the future. I felt his price was fair. I would gladly recommend him.

The staff are friendly and work with your schedule. Very professional, friendly and most importantly, on time!

Keith and his guys showed up on time and installed the tvs and speakers as planned. They made sure all the wires were hidden and installed the TVs. They also installed a new system where I can control my tvs and music from my iPad which is awewome! The guys were very clean, they wore covers on their shoes and had floor covers to catch the dust. They swept up and even vaccumed! Very polite and professional.

It went very well and I was very very comfortable with owner who oversaw much of the work.
