Description of Work: On the first visit, their rep couldn't tell whether one tank was bad or both tanks (or neither). He complained about the heat and spent most of his time sitting in the truck. Lost a couple of screws while trying to fix the system, then charged us for replacements. He said he needed some parts and scheduled a second visit. He showed up and insisted our system was garbage and we needed a new system for $1500. Apparently, he worked on sales commission. We hire Blakes Well & Pump who fixed the system for under $200 on the first visit.

+ -1 moreSteve did the work. He was professional and informative. His truck was well-organized and neat. He even re-plumbed our system to a standard pvc size at no charge. A few weeks after the installation, Steve came back out to our house for "show and tell" and went over the entire system with us in detail. Steve also installed a new pump for us on 02/03/2014. We have used his salt delivery service since then and have been quite satisfied with both the pump and the service. Note: The address on my invoices is 8628 S,W. 18th Avenue, Stuart, FL 34997. The Gran Park Way address may be old.
Description of Work: Installed metered water softener and a/b carbon filter system.

+ -1 moreWhen I tried to replace an in-line water filter, I discovered that the main shut off valve was frozen. Since this company had installed my pump and water tank a few years ago, I called them. They came out that day and replaced the shut-off valve. Instead of a little round handle, I now have a lever that is very easy to use. While he was there, the plumber noticed a loose shelf on the concrete wall. He refastened it to the wall with concrete screws. Just as a favor. That was very thoughtful.
Description of Work: Replaced a shut-off valve on my main water supply.

Description of Work: We recently purchased a house that had been serviced by Aqua Services. The company gave me the history of the service and even told me what had been suggested and held off on by the old owner. They sent out a service man that added all the proper products (salt, etc) that had not been added in a while. We are now on a monthly service plan and our water seems much better.
