Mark was very professional and prompt. I would have no hesitancy in recommending him to others.
Description of Work: After buying a 25 year old manufactured home I could not get the stove to work. It had worked during the home inspection. I called Mark and he was able to come the next day. Turned out to be a broken wire (I did it when I pulled out the stove to clean then paint behind it. He fixed it for just the service call. Then I ask him about the squeak in my dryer. He checked it out and suggested that as cheap as dryers were at the time it would be cheaper to buy a new one than repair this one since the problem was the bearings. He said there was no danger using it as long as I could stand the squeak. The end of Sept I went in to put some washed clothes in the dryer and the floor was wet. So, I called Mark. He was able to come that afternoon. Upon checking the washer he determined that the basket had rusted out and not worth repairing. Remember - these appliances are all at least 25 years old. The cost was his service charge of $56 and the chance to go shopping for new washer/dryer.

I had used him a few years ago at my condo. He came out and fixed whatever the problem was. When one lives on the ocean things tend to rust out or get salty. I referred him to my next door neighbor because she had some trouble with her washing machine and he was fine. I had some problem with my oven here at my new house. He came out and charged me service fee and told me what it was going to be to replace the part. My oven was not working. It kept beeping. I gave him $40 and when they come home and if one uses them it’s written off. I checked with Home Depot for parts and so forth and with the company. Everything seemed to be pretty okay except that I couldn’t get a hold of him ever again. I had paid him $40 and after that I couldn’t get a hold of him again. I left messages. I don’t mind throwing the guy under the bus now. I’m not going to use him again.
Description of Work: I used the services of Appliance Repair By Mark about 2 years ago. He fixed the little connector that was on my washing machine to make it spin.
