Discovered valves were frozen in water supply to washer/dryer with new appliances expected the next morning. Contacted Tom Allore and explained our predicament. He was on another job but promised to try to help us. He came that afternoon and fixed the problem so we could get the new appliances hooked up in the morning. We were so pleased with his willingness to help us solve our problem and the quality of the work we have subsequently hired him to provide further plumbing services. He is competent, knowledgeable, fairly priced and a delight to work with.

Changed a water heater

This was a water heater repair and not a replacement, Tom arrived within hours of my call and did a great job fixing my problem, Allores plumbing is now my go to plumber.

Great work done expertly

I called this company out to repair my pump. The employee was suppose to put a galvanized fitting on top of the pump to secure it,, which he did not and the pipe burst and flooded out my whole garage. When he returned to repair it the proper way , he suggested charging me again. I told him I should sue them for all the damages that were done because he didn't do the job right the first time.

Needed a new Hot Water Heater in a hurry. The response was rapid, and the installation went as smoothly as could be expected. Presuming that everything will work as advertised, an outstanding job. For the money? There are no cheap Hot Water Heater installations.

I hired a plumber assuming my yellowish tap water would clear up. It remains the same even after the new filter was installed at a $119.00 charge. Complete waste of money.

Had two water heaters fail at the same time. The techs replaced both in a matter of hours. They were polite knowledgeable and worked quickly even on an incredibly hot day. I recommend them highly.

I needed to replace an old, non-functional water softener so I put out a bid for offers. It was before 8AM, so I did not expect any businesses to be open yet, but within five minutes, Edgar called and I told him I was looking for bids. Edgar got here exactly when he said he would . After just a few minutes, I was impressed enough that I hired him right then. I MAY have gotten a better bid, or maybe not, but I was much impressed by Edgar's professionalism and courtesy. And, on top of that, he actually impressed me with his knowledge of the system he was installing. And, although I knew how a softener system worked, he explained things I was not familiar with. Excellent. After Edgar finished installing the system, he had removed about 15 feet of unnecessary pvc pipe and made the whole job "clean, neat, and professional" looking. I guess, by now, you must know that I highly recommend Edgar and Allore's plumbing for any plumbing issues. Edgar is the type of person who gets business by "word of mouth" because I can just about bet that anyone who Edgar has worked for, would tell all their friends about, just as I am doing now.
