Allene's Modern Maid offers cleaning services for residential homes, condominiums, Town Houses and Apartments. Unless other wise pre-arranged, payment will be due on the day services are rendered. Cash, or checks are an accepted payment method. There is a three hour minimum charge. Allene's Modern Maid offers 10% off second cleaning service and a loyal customer program.

Allene's offers opening, and closing homes (seasonal), house sitting, pet sitting, window cleaning with easy access. Allene's offers cleaning to fit your needs and your budget.

Services we don't offer

Does not scrub outside exterior walls, clean inside or outside windows not easily accessible. Does not clean ceilings. Allene's reserves the right to make adjustments for "unexpected" conditions.
