+ -1 moreThey did a great job. Onsite first thing every morning, minimal disruption around the house, cleaned up, no complaints, would hire them again.
Description of Work: Replaced and repaired large upstairs outdoor patio. Patio is the roofing for the downstairs room.

+ -1 moreI felt I could trust them. They missed doing something and I didn't realize it but when they came back to look at the roof again, the boss realized that the guys hadn't completed it. He said they just misunderstood it and that's fine but I wouldn't have known it. Their office staff was great. They were really good. The work started on July 21 and they just finished with the last part yesterday (August 10). They're excellent but it's not what I would call an "A". I would have them do the roof again if I needed to. Their price was average; it's just the going-rate.
Description of Work: They waterproofed one section of the roof. They cleaned it and covered it with the right material so that it doesn't leak anymore.

+ -1 moreAll American Roofing has been selected as and approved roofing contractor for our Homeowners Assn. The Meadows at Martin Downs in Palm City, FL. I have not used them personally but I have heard of no complaints from the few that have.

+ -1 moreWe found this company to be prompt, reasonable, and thorough. Upon inspection they took pictures of the damage and showed it to us before any work would be done. They were very professional in that they required a signed contract before they would begin repairs. We fully understood what to expect from them and what was expected of us. The workers did a good, clean job. We would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Prior to 7/18 they replaced broken tiles. 2nd occasion they fixed a leak. 3rd occasion they fixed a leak in roof valley.

+ -1 moreI got a bunch of estimates. They were very reputable and honest. Jesus is the owner and he found things and took pictures that the other companies didn't even both looking for. He did a water test and so far he has been great.
Description of Work: We are going to use All American Roofing tomorrow because I have two leaks.

+ -1 moreA permit was not pulled initially, inspections were not done and the roof tiles were not stained to match the existing roof. The repair to be effective so the quality of the work relative to the problem was fine. This company threatened to put a lien on my house because the general contractor who hired them would not pay them until all of the work was done including pulling the permit and inspection. I had to complain to get the roof tiles stained. I would be very careful that you general contractor does not use this companies services.
Description of Work: Repair porch roof and areas that connect to house roof. This company was not contracted with directly. They were sub-contractors.

Description of Work: Replaced existing roof with new roof. Everything was done on a timely basis. We made our payments for their services as requested without issue. However................ALL AMERICAN ROOFING DOES NOT PAY THEIR VENDORS. AFTER THE JOBE WAS DONE, A LIEN WAS PLACED ON OUR HOME IN THE AMOUNT OF $3900 BY THE TILE VENDOR. ALL AMERICAN ROOFING DID NOT PAY THEM IN FULL FOR THE TILE THAT WAS USED FOR OUR ROOF. We contacted All American Roofing every 3 weeks regarding this matter. Each time, employees were polite and we were told that it would be taken care of "immediately", it would be taken care of in one week, it would be taken care of in three weeks, etc., etc. That went on for month after month after month after month. Only because we were able to apply significant pressure via a very influential person that we happen to know, was the lien removed from our home. The tile vendor called us to let us know that the balance owed them had been paid and that lien was being removed. Without our contact being able to do us the favor, rest assured, the lien would have stayed on our property forever! All American Roofing has a file drawer full of these! We were just one of many. We do not recommend this organization at all. They have financial problems and they lie.
