went great. I will save $900 per year on my windstorm protection. I will have my money back in three years.

They were very professional, and did a good job. The price was reasonable and the work was done on time. The staff I came in contract with was all really good.

The installation of the shutters went well. Because I was able to get homeowners from my neighborhood to also order the shutters, we got a discount. However, one of the impact windows was ordered incorrectly. They installed it anyway because the error was not noticed until the original window was removed. They ordered another one, but that one was ordered incorrectly also. On the third try they got the right window. i was told that they also install patios. They measured my area but never got back to me with an estimate,, even though i called a couple of times. Not answering calls is a deal breaker for me, that is why i noted I would not use them again. They should have just told me they wouldn't or couldn't do the job.

They were professional. They were timely. I would work with them again. One person came out to perform the service. They were responsive. They worked the permit through the accounting system. This was my first time using them.

The project went extremely smoothly. Luckily we didn't need them that year, but I did use them during Hurricane Matthew and it was the best investment I ever made.

They were excellent. Very professional and very affortable. John came to the house and gave us an estimate. Very likeable honest guy. His two workers were wonderful. Austin and Bill were professional , we'll mannered and a delight to have around for a few days. I highly recommend this company. They did great work and my house looks great too.

After getting 6 bids there’s was the best. Their crew was very skilled and pleasant to work with. The project was completed as scheduled.

Although we ultimately chose another company, it was only because of installation method. They were so very helpful giving us information and even inviting us to visit their shop (which we did). Though we didn't select them their professionalism was outstanding. Definitely check them out!

Unlike a recent experience with Home Depot Home Services, who struggled to install some HVHZ windows, this contractor was professional, knowledgeable, on-time and honest. ... Best of all he treated me like a customer and not an inconsequential number!

John Z and his excellent crew were a real pleasure to work with. They did a truly beautiful job; so much so that my neighbors are now quite interested in having AHP replace their old shutters. The work consisted of protecting 21 four by eight foot glass panels in our 15th floor condo. I recommend them with no reservations whatsoever!

Installation was very good and the price was reasonable compared to two other quotes. The quality of the shutters are probably mid-to-low end, which probably accounts for the pricing. They have to pass Huricane standards and County Inspection, so they should be OK. I also got a quote for repairing my other existing accordian shutters - about 40' of them. Their quote was almost 4X what I paid someone else. Perhaps they just didn't want to do repair work.

Very quick response... just as quick fabrication and delivery (quite surprising especially in season). Good installation crew. Punctual, neat, courteous. A very nice job all around. I strongly recommend this company.

Everything was delivered as requested and I had no problems with the quality. Their pricing was in the middle of other estimates received. I chose Advanced Hurricane Protection because of other feedback I had received from other consumers.

John was nice to work. The work just took a little longer than expected.

They were very efficient and all the measurements were accurate. They installed one and showed my Husband how to do it so he could install the rest so we could save money. This was exactly what we wanted and they were the only company in our area who had the product.

Their costs were in-line, if not better, than another company we received a different estimate from. Advanced listened to my needs and they were very responsive. The final result was excellent.

I have not done this project yet. Their service was fine. He was very prompt and spent a lot of time measuring. If I ever decide to use someone I would use them.

I contacted the provider for accordion hurricane protection. After receiving the quote I asked for the Angies List 10% Discount he had advertised. He advised me that the coupon was "supposed to be printed and handed to the person you meet" and offered a moderate discount. I guess the provider wanted the coupon presented at the first meeting is so that the price can be jacked up 10% in order to get a 10% discount. In any event, I did not follow that practice with other and was always given the discount unless the coupon stated that it must be provided at the time of the estimate. He also quoted on a paint job and was more than 50% higher than three other quotes.

Products were as advertised. Installation was mostly excellent, though one of the five hurricane screen panels does not fit well, though serviceable. Overall a good experience.

I placed my order it was supposed to take a few weeks. Six weeks later they still weren't done. I never got a call telling me they had problems. When I called they made an apology. Three weeks later I got a call the shutters were ready. A week later they came and installed them. The service man was very knowledgeable and pleasant and did his job professionally.

The estimator took his time and provided recommendations. He took measurements and emailed me two quotes with a few options. I have until October to decide, but I havent made up my mind whether to have the work done or not.

They were excellent. They explained what needed to be done and why. They showed up on time and worked quickly and professionally. Clean up was through. I would recommend them and would gladly use them again.

I have not seen the work yet, but I think they probably did pretty good. They do what they say they are going to do. Their price was reasonable.
