+ -1 moreOwner walked the roof personally and then explained exactly what would need to be done and prepared a concise and complete proposal for the work. Invited us to his work yard where we could look at shingle samples. Always very personable and business-like. Work was begun exactly on the day he promised. The work took over two weeks. Each work day, the workers arrived exactly on time and were always courteous and accommodating. The exterior of the home was always left neat and clean at the end of the day and the job was completed exactly as promised. Would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Re-roofed entire house including removal of existing shake roof system, repaired rotted wood truss where necessary, installed plywood sheets, installed base sheeting, installed galvanized metal drip edge, new lead boots at pipes, new galvanized metal vents, installed dimensional shingles, re-installed gutter and downspouts.
