They were busy so it took a week to make the template and then 2 weeks to install the template. This was understandable. However, when they came and installed the countertop, the sink did not fit correctly. (They took the sink with them after they made the templates so I am not sure why this problem was not recognized earlier), I had a choice of losing a drawer or of the plumber jury-rigging the faucet to tighten it down. I was told that plumbers "do this all the time", so at time of original install of countertop, I choose keep the drawer. I spoke with one plumber who said "No, it is not something that plumbers do all the time." but I figured maybe this plumber was not as experienced. So I hired our regular experienced licensed plumber who said he could not tighten the faucet down and cutting PVC pipe to make a shim was not acceptable. My plumber explained if they had drilled the holes for faucet 1/4" back from the sink this would not have been an issue. So I called Accurate back and they came back out. The person from Accurate said, "I should charge you for this. I will cut the PVC pipe and install the faucet." I explained, "No, I would prefer a licensed plumber install the faucet and please just move the sink and I will give up the drawer". then heard him talking to his coworker that "this was a waste of time because I gave her the option of moving the sink and losing the drawer the first time". I explained that you also told me plumbers install faucets like this all the time which was not true because I had spoken to 2 plumbers who told me they don't. He replied, "lazy-*** plumbers don't". He completed the job in 15 minutes and then left, never even telling me he was done. I was ok with the time it took to install the countertop, and even with the fact that the sink could not to be fit correctly. I was OK with changing my schedule so they could come back and paying for a wasted plumber's visit. What I was very dissatisfied with was the installer's attitude. I would not recommend using this company.

Stopped by the showroom with drawings and specs for a rental home granite countertop. Took 3 days to get an estimate and it was double the going price for 2cm ubatuba granite. Would like to know how these guys think they are worth so much more than everyone else. Save your breath go anywhere else.

They did the countertops and all of the tile (floors, walls and backslashes) for three bathrooms and a kitchen.

They were fine, on time and did a good job. I give them A's across the board.

It was great. They did a beautiful job. They were timely, neat and clean. They did what they said they are going to do and they are also dependable.

No problems, everything went smoothly. They took good care of my property, were professional, courteous and extremely helpful!

They were GREAT. I had this bathroom completely redone just under 5 years ago by another company who did a very crappy job. They came in and showed me what was wrong and what the best and most cost effective way to fix the problems. I wish I new about these guys 5 years ago. They didn't cut any corners like the first company. Serge who oversaw the job from start to finish took a lot of time listening to us and what we wanted. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

I really love this company!! At first I was going to choose granite and then changed my decision to go with a corian product. The owner of the company (Frank) was extremely patient with all visits to the show room along with my changes of mind! Everyone was so nice and helpful from Laurie and Ethel who worked in the office, to Steve Galipeau and his helper Jerry who did the fabrication and installation. Steve and Jerry did a magnificent job. They are both gentlemen and do superb work. I am an artisan and know good work from bad. I am picky as well. My second bathroom was completed and I couldn't be more pleased. This company rocks!!!

They are outstanding. They are the best you can get. I recommend them.
