Description of Work: I requested a stackable washer repair and the gentleman advised me the door was broken off and it would be cheaper to buy a new washer. I appreciated his opinion and suggestion. I would have purchased a new one through him but he does not stock &sell washers. He did not charge me for going out to the house.

+ -1 morewoke up and my frig wasn't cooling properly called eds at approx 9:15 am and they were here at 1 pm as they said they would my frig was fixed quickly and have had no further problems
Description of Work: had a defrost problem with my frig the tech defrosted it and found the defrost thermostat was bad and replaced it

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time. Had to order a part and was back in 2 days to finish the job. The tech was very quiet and thorough at all that he did to my refrigerator. He also did extra things to check to make sure that everything was working properly.
Description of Work: Repaired my refrigerator that was not defrosting. Had to replace the heater.

+ -1 moreAbout six weeks ago our microwave went out, and our fridge was leaking water. It took him about two weeks to get the microwave fixed. Two days later the fridge started leaking again after it was fixed. He came out two weeks later and said he had to order some hoses, we haven't heard back in about two weeks. I would just like for him to come fix my fridge.
Description of Work: He's done work for us in the past and done good.
