Heritage Docks, Inc. is a family-owned and operated marine construction company specializing in customized docks and boatlift construction since 1967. The company is run by long-time Florida resident Val Grabowski who holds a marine contracting license. His unprecedented longevity in the industry is a result of unrivaled craftsmanship, an uncommon aesthetic eye, and a steadfast commitment to completing all projects on time and on budget. He uses his extensive knowledge and experience to expertly oversee every project until completion.

Services we offer

For over 30 years Heritage Docks has been the leader in building customized boat docks and boat lifts for the Tampa Bay area. Other services include, but are not limited to: floating docks, cradle lifts, dock replacement/repair, lift replacement/repair and dock removal. We can also do permit consultations if needed.

If they don't call back how can u compare
Description of Work: Needed quote for new dock...they came out..talked a couple times on phone on what was needed but no call back or estimate was given. They must have too much business to be bothered with a new dock....oh wait..that's what they do.

Heritage Docks helped us design, permit and install a new lower landing dock extension to our existing dock. They were extremely professional, thorough and very nice. The project had some permitting delays, not related to Heritage Docks, which they helped us navigate to bring the project to completion. In the end, Heritage Docks installed a high-quality, very functional lower dock landing. We would highly recommend them!

Very professional.
Description of Work: Very responsive to our request for a proposal for a new double jet ski lift. We called 5 companies and only 2 even returned our phone calls. We did not use Heritage only because their quote was higher but felt they were very professional.

They showed us what needed to be fixed and explained why. They gave a fair quote, and then most importantly, they showed up and did the work they promised. We need a bit more work on the dock (work they said could wait) and we will use them again.

They did an fantastic job! Val was almost always answering the phone personally and reacted promptly. The work was performed in an excellent and innovative way with a lot of care for details, and they finished the job within the time frame given. We are very happy new dock owners!

They were about $2,500 cheaper than the nearest estimate with no stainless steel screws. They pointed out anything that needed attention. Used stainless steel screws. They were very meticulous.
