It was a small repair that needed to be completed but many of the large companies wouldn't even call me back. One company went out to the house without even telling me and then wouldn't call me back. I spoke to Seth and from the beginning he was professional and responded quickly to my inquires. The tech that did the repair was also professional and very helpful. I know some other people that have used United Roofing and they have been very happy as well. I would definitely recommend United Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

I just want to take this time to tell others of the great experience I had with United Roofing. They were the most professional contractor I have every dealt with. From the initial sales contact to the last nail removed from my yard, I had the most comfortable feeling that my roof was installed properly and if I had any trouble in the future, I have no doubt that United will attend to any issues in a most timely matter. I am a elderly woman who lives by myself and always worry about a contractors taking advantage of me, I never felt this way once with United Roofing, they took me through each process step by step, and before we would move on to the next phase of my project, they made sure I completely understood what was going on with the present.. United was the first contractor that I really felt like they put my needs before their own. They didnt ask for any money up front, which was great, because they wanted to make sure I was satisfied and completely comfortable with their installation before we finalized our contract. They have a strong knowledge of their products, they make sure the customer completely understands each step of the installation before the begin. There was never a point that I ever felt confused as to what was going on, they kept me informed through each phase of the installation. I am a Realtor for Century 21, and I will confidently recommend United Roofing to any of my new clients who are in need of a roof or repairs. Many of my customers are from out of town, and it can be a difficult and scary process to find contractors when you do not have any knowledge of the area. Angies List is a great platform for these people, and you definitely can hire United Roofing to set your mind at ease. I give them the highest possible praise awarded to contractors on Angies List, and I just wanted to say thank you one more time. Oh and by the way It is almost 1 yr. since United installed my roof and I have not had 1 issue with my new roof. I absolutely love it. Thank You United!!!!!!

Got several quote from roofing companies in Pinellas County and ended up selecting United Roofing because of pricing and scheduling. Overall experience was positive but we did have an issue during the re-roof. While United was taking the roof off a large thunderstorm passed through the area (the project began in late summer so it was inevitable) and they were not able to cover the open spaces in time before water got under the roof and caused several leaks throughout our house and porch ceilings. United's owner was helpful and offered to fix all leaks and damage. While I expected the damage to be fixed by United it was nice that a big issue was not compounded by the company being reluctant to offer. In fact, the owner continued to stay in contact until everything as fixed to our specifications. Overall, we are happy about the job that United performed and would recommend the company to others for their roofing needs.
