+ -1 moretook 2 payment ( first at signing contract), then the when the barge came to remove old dock. he did not return again, has been 8 months since signing contact. We did report this company to Licensing board in Tallahasse, Pinellas and suing him as well. It's the scam - do not go for it.

+ -1 moreWe provided a 50% deposit on June 13th for work to commence in 3-4 weeks. Contractor was non-responsive and did not know how to properly apply for the permits. 4 months later, we found a competent service provider that was able to complete the job in a timely fashion. Deposit was never refunded and we are left with no choice but to file suit.
